المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى: تعرف دور التدريب الإلكتروني في تحقيق التنمية المهنية لدى معلمي ومعلمات مادة الكيمياء في ضوء الوضع الراهن لأزمة كورونا، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج التجريبي، وطبقت أداتها على عينة قوامها (100) معلما، مقسمة إلى (50) معلما و(50) معلمة من معلمي مادة الكيمياء بمنطقة مكة المكرمة، ومن الأدوات استخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة (إعداد الباحث) التي تضمنت خمسة محاور، تتمثل في: (الكفاءة المهنية، المهارات التربوية، المهارات العلمية، الثقافة الإلكتروني، العوامل البيئية والاجتماعية. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التدريب الإلكتروني نظام تدريبي نشط ومرن، ويتح الاطلاع حسب العوامل الذاتية والبيئية والاجتماعية للمتدرب، وأن التدريب الإلكتروني القائم على التفاعل عبر شبكات الإنترنت وهو ما يوفر للمتدرب درجة أعلي من المرونة في تلقي المحتوي، وأن التدريب الإلكتروني يعتمد على دافعية المتدرب ومدى استعداده للتعليم الذاتي، حيث تؤثر قابلية المتدرب للتعليم الذاتي على الناتج المحصل من التدريب، وأن التدريب الإلكتروني يساعد على تنمية ورفع كفاءات المعلمين في المنظومة التعليمية بكافة مراحلها

The study aimed to: Know the role of electronic training in achieving professional development among chemistry teachers in light of the current situation of the Corona crisis, and the study used: the experimental method, and its tool was applied to a sample of (100) teachers, divided into (50) teachers and (50) One of the chemistry teachers in Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, and among the tools the study used the questionnaire (researcher preparation), which included five axes, namely: (professional competence, educational skills, scientific skills, electronic culture, environmental and social factors). The study reached a number of results, the most prominent of which are: - There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurement of the experimental group in the mean of the total score in favor of the post measurement. There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurement of the experimental group in the mean scores for each dimension The resolution, as well as the overall score in favor of the telemetry. The study also found that: E-training is an active and flexible training system, allowing access to the trainee's personal, environmental and social factors, and that electronic training is based on interaction via the Internet, which provides the trainee with a higher degree of flexibility in receiving the content, and that electronic training depends on the motivation of the trainee And the extent of his readiness for self-education, as the trainee's ability to self-education affects the outcome of the training, and that electronic training helps to develop and raise the competencies of teachers in the educational system in all its stages.
