المستخلص: إن التنمية الشاملة يمثلها ذو الاطلاع الثلاث والمتمثل ذلك في التنمية الاقتصادية والتنمية الاجتماعية والتنمية الثقافية، وإن التنمية الاجتماعية تعتبر الأهم في ذلك لأن جميع نواحي التنمية الأخرى تخدم في الأساس التنمية الاجتماعية كونها تمثل الفرد والمجتمع وتكون هذه التنمية في الأساس هو الارتقاء بالإنسان وتقديم له الرخاء والعيش السليم، كما أن الإنسان هو محور التنمية فتكون منه وإلية. * مشكلة الدراسة: تصاغ مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤلات التالية: - س١- ما أهداف وأهمية التنمية المستدامة؟ س٢- ما أسس ومبادئ التنمية المستدامة؟ س٣- ما أبعاد التنمية المستدامة؟ س٤- ما أساسيات وكيفية التعامل مع التنمية المستدامة؟ س٥- ما دور الدولة والإدارات الحكومية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة؟ س٦- ما التصور المقترح لتطوير دور الدولة والإدارة الحكومية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة؟ * هدف الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة الحالية التعرف على ما يلي: - 1. أهداف وأهمية التنمية المستدامة. 2. أسس ومبادئ التنمية المستدامة. 3. أبعاد التنمية المستدامة. 4. أسياسيات التعامل مع التنمية المستدامة. 5. دور الدولة والإدارة الحومية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. 6. بناء تصور مقترح لتطوير دور الدولة والإدارة الحكومية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. منهج الدراسة: اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي باعتباره المنهج الملائم والمناسب لهذه الدراسة. ويتناول هذا البحث: المحور الأول: التنمية المستدامة ومفهومها- أهدافها- أهميتها- أسس ومبادئها وأبعادها. المحور الثاني: التنظيمات الحكومية والإدارة الحكومية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. المحور الثالث: دور الدولة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة المحور الرابع: التصور المقترح للتطوير دور الدولة والإدارة الحكومية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.

Comprehensive development is represented by the three-informed, which is rep¬resented in economic development, social development and cultural development, and social development is the most important in that because all other aspects of development basically serve social development as it represents the individual and society. The human being is the center of development, so it becomes of him and a mechanism. • the study Problem:- The study problem is formulated in the following questions Q1- What are the goals and importance of sustainable development? Q2- What are the foundations and principles of sustainable development? Q3- What are the dimensions of sustainable development? Q4- What are the basics and how to deal with sustainable development? Q5- What is the role of the state and government departments in achieving sustain¬able development? Q6- What is the proposed scenario for developing the role of the state and govern¬ment departments in achieving sustainable development? • Purpose of the study:- The current study aims to identify: The goals and importance of sustainable development. Foundations and principles of sustainable development. Dimensions of sustainable development. -Policies for dealing with sustainable development. The role of the state and government departments in achieving sustainable development. -Building a proposed vision for developing the role of the state and government departments in achieving sustainable development. Study Methodology: The researcher followed the descriptive approach as it is the appropriate and appropriate method for this study. This research deals with: The first axis: sustainable development and its concept - its objectives - its importance - the foundations, principles and dimensions. The second axis: government organizations and government departments to achieve sustainable development. The third axis: the role of the state in achieving sustainable development The fourth axis: the proposed vision for the development of the role of the state and government departments in achieving sustainable development.
