|a تناول البحث وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور المؤسسات التربوية في تنمية أطفال الشوارع (قرى الأطفال (SOS) نموذجا)، وهدف البحث تعرف المقصود بالمؤسسات التربوية وفلسفتها وأهدافها، خصائصها ووظائفها وأنواعها ومبادئها وبناءاتها ومقوماتها ومكوناتها كذلك هدف إلى واقع دور قرى الأطفال (SOS) في تنمية أطفال الشوارع. كذلك وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور المؤسسات التربوية في تنمية أطفال الشوارع (SOS). وإلقاء الضوء على واقع دور قرى الأطفال(SOS) في تنمية أطفال الشوارع، مع وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور المؤسسات التربوية في تنمية أطفال الشوارع (SOS)، وتوضيح أهم متطلباتها وتحديد بعض المعوقات والتحديات التي قد تواجه تنفيذها، ووضع بعض آليات للتغلب على هذه المعوقات، وكذلك تقديم بعض التوصيات التي يمكن الأخذ بها عند تنفيذ التصور المقترح. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي الذي يقوم على الوصف الدقيق لما هو كائن وتفسيره، والذي لا يقتصر على جمع البيانات وتبويبها.
|b The research dealt with of developing of proposed vision to activate the role of educational institutions in developing of street children (Children's Villages (SOS) as a model). The aim of the research how to know what is meaning of the educational foundations, its philosophy, targets, characteristics, functions, types, principles, structures and components. Shedding of light on the reality of the role of Children's Villages (SOS) in developing of street children by developing of proposed vision for activating of the role of educational foundations in developing of street children (SOS) by clarifying of their most important requirements, identifying some of the obstacles and challenges that may face their implementation and developing of some mechanisms to overcome these obstacles. As well as providing some recommendations that can be taken into account when implementing of this proposed vision. The research relied on the descriptive methodology which is based on an accurate description of what exists and its interpretation which is not limited to collecting and tabulating the data.
