|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد وقياس العلاقة لأخلاقيات مقدمي الخدمة والتميز التنظيمي (312) طبيب من خمس مستشفيات حكومية باليمن. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالي: ١- توجد علاقة معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية لأخلاقيات مقدمي الخدمة (الإحسان، عدم الإيذاء، الاستقلالية، والعدالة) والتميز التنظيمي بالمستشفيات الحكومية اليمينة محل الدراسة، وتفرع منه الفروض الفرعية وفقا للأبعاد. ۲- توجد فروق معنوية بين آراء الأطباء بالمستشفيات الحكومية اليمينة محل الدراسة كل من أخلاقيات مقدمي الخدمة، التميز التنظيمي، الجودة المدركة تعزى للمتغيرات الديمغرافية (النوع، المؤهل العلمي، مدة الخدمة). وتفرع منه الفروض الفرعية وفقا للأبعاد.
|b The study aimed to identify and measure the relationship to the ethics of service providers and organizational excellence (312) doctors from five government hospitals in Yemen. The study reached the following results: 1- There is a statistically significant relationship for the ethics of service providers (benevolence, non-harm, independence, and justice) and organizational excellence in the Yemeni government hospitals under study, and the sub-hypotheses branch out from it according to the dimensions. 2- There are significant differences between the opinions of doctors in the Yemeni government hospitals under study regarding the ethics of service providers, organizational excellence, and perceived quality due to demographic variables (gender, academic qualification, length of service). Sub-hypotheses branch out from it according to dimensions.
