المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف الإطار المفاهيمي للذكاء الاصطناعي، والاطلاع على أهم تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التدريب، وكذلك تعرف أبرز الخدمات والمبادرات والبرامج التدريبية المقدمة من وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي، ووضع تصور مقترح لتوظيف تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في البرامج التدريبية المقدمة للعاملين بوزارة التضامن الاجتماعي. واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات من أبرزها ما يلي: - الاستعانة بخبراء في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي لتقديم دورات تدريبية متخصصة لتقديم المشورة والدعم في تصميم البرامج التدريبية. - تقديم برامج تدريبية متخصصة للمدربين على استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، مما يعزز قدرتهم على تقديم الدعم والتوجيه للمتدربين. - تصميم برامج تدريبية مخصصة تستند إلى خلفيات العاملين واحتياجاتهم، مع استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي لتقديم محتوى يتناسب مع مستوياتهم ومعرفتهم. - إنشاء منصات تدريب تفاعلية تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي، تتيح للعاملين التفاعل مع المحتوى وتقديم ملاحظات فورية لتحفيز التعلم الذاتي. - استخدام روبوتات الدردشة Chatbots لتوفير دعم فني فوري للعاملين أثناء التدريب، مما يسهل عليهم تجاوز العقبات التقنية. - استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي لتوفير برامج تدريبية عن بعد، مما يسهل على العاملين في المناطق النائية الوصول إلى المعرفة. - تشجيع العاملين على المشاركة في تطوير محتوى تدريبي يعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي، مما يعزز الإبداع ويجعلهم أكثر ارتباطا بالعملية التدريبية. - وجود شراكات تدريبية على تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي بين الوزارة، وبين المؤسسات الأخرى ذات الاختصاص. - وجود مخصصات مالية لدى الوزارة لتوفير الأجهزة والبرامج التقنية التي تسهم في توظيف تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التدريب.

The current research aims to identify the conceptual framework of artificial intelligence, review the most important applications of artificial intelligence in training, as well as identify the most prominent services, initiatives and training programs provided by the Ministry of Social Solidarity, and develop a proposed vision for employing artificial intelligence applications in the training programs provided to employees of the Ministry of Social Solidarity. The research followed a descriptive approach and reached a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which are the following: - Hiring experts in the field of artificial intelligence to provide specialized training courses to provide advice and support in designing training programs. - Providing specialized training programs for trainers on using artificial intelligence techniques, which enhances their ability to provide support and guidance to trainees. - Designing customized training programs based on the backgrounds and needs of employees, using artificial intelligence to provide content that suits their levels and knowledge. - Creating interactive training platforms based on artificial intelligence, allowing employees to interact with the content and providing immediate feedback to stimulate self-learning. - Using chatbots to provide immediate technical support to employees during training, which makes it easier for them to overcome technical obstacles. - Using artificial intelligence to provide remote training programs, which makes it easier for employees in remote areas to access knowledge. - Encouraging employees to participate in developing training content based on artificial intelligence, which enhances creativity and makes them more connected to the training process. - The existence of training partnerships on artificial intelligence applications between the ministry and other specialized institutions. - The existence of financial allocations at the ministry to provide technical devices and programs that contribute to the use of artificial intelligence applications in training.
