المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى برنامج مقترح للاستفادة من توليف التطعيم بالقشرة الخشبية والخشب المطرز لتدريب الصم وضعاف السمع لإقامة مشروع إنتاجي متناهي الصغر بمدرسة الأمل للصم وضعاف السمع بشطا بمحافظة دمياط لتلاميذ الصف السادس الابتدائي، ولأن في الآونة الأخيرة تم الاهتمام بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وتمثل قضية ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ورعايتهم مبدأ إنسانيا وحضاريا نبيلا فهي قضية تناولتها الديانات السماوية وأقرتها المنظم الاحتياجات الخاصة، الأشغال الخشبية هي واحده من أقدم الحرف اليدوية التي تعكس طبيعة المجتمع وخبرته الفنية والمهارية، وبالرغم من التقدم الهائل في الأساليب التكنولوجية لصناعة الأخشاب إلا أن الأشغال الخشبية اليدوية مازالت لها طابعها المميز وقيمته التي تزداد يوما بعد يوم وذلك لاكتسابه الطابع الفردي الذي يعبر عن إبداع الفنان وذلك من خلال التقنيات والخامات المختلفة والمتنوعة في مجال الأشغال الخشبية، ومع تقدم الأمم والاهتمام بتربية وتعليم وتأهيل وتدريب أبنائها من الصم وضعاف السمع وانطلاقا من مبدأ تكافؤ الفرص ومن المواد الهامة في مجال التربية عن طريق الفن بشكل عام ومجال التطعيم بالقشرة الخشبية على الخشب المطرز بشكل خاص وطرحها على هيئة منتج كمكمل للأزياء وطرحها فالأسواق، وجاءت مشكلة البحث من خلال استغلال البيئة المحيطة- محافظة دمياط- والغنية بصناعتها الخشبية وتوفر المواد الخام وخلق فرص جديدة للصم وضعاف السمع لعمل مشروع إنتاجي متناهي الصغر وذلك للحد من البطالة لهذه الفئة خاصة أنه يوجد مدرستين داخل المحافظة لرعاية الصم وضعاف السمع ويوجد عدد لا بأس بيه من المرحلة الابتدائية إلى المرحلة الثانوية، ونتج عن ذلك نتائج عالية الجودة وحازت قبول السادة المحكمين، ومن هنا يمكن تطبيق فكرة البحث كمشروع إنتاجي متناهي الصغر لتوفير فرص عمل للصم وضعاف السمع والمساهمة في دفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية ومالها من دور اجتماعي إيجابي داخل المجتمع وتحويل هذه الفئة الغير مستغلة إلى وحدة منتجة فعالة.

The current research aims at a proposed program to take advantage of the combination of wood veneer inlays and embroidered wood to train the deaf and hard of hearing to establish a micro-productive project at Al-Amal School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Shata in Damietta Governorate for the sixth grade students, and because recently attention has been paid to people with special needs and the issue of people with special needs has been Caring for them is a noble human and civilized principle. It is an issue dealt with by monotheistic religions and endorsed by the Special Needs Regulator. Woodwork is one of the oldest handicrafts that reflects the nature of society and its technical and skillful experience. Despite the tremendous progress in the technological methods of the wood industry, the handicraft woodwork still has its distinctive character and value. Which is increasing day by day due to its acquisition of the individual character that expresses the creativity of the artist through the various techniques and raw materials in the field of woodwork, and with the progress of nations and interest in the education, rehabilitation and training of their deaf and hard of hearing children and based on the principle of equal opportunities and important materials in the field of education Through art in general and the field of inlaying wood veneer on embroidered wood in particular and offering it in the form of a product as a complement to fashion and putting it on the market. The problem of research came through the exploitation of the surrounding environment - Damietta Governorate - which is rich in its wood industry, the availability of raw materials and the creation of new opportunities for the deaf and hard of hearing to make a productive project. Very small, in order to reduce unemployment for this group, especially since there are two schools within the governorate for the care of the deaf and hard of hearing, and there is a good number from the primary stage to the secondary stage, and this resulted in high quality results and won the acceptance of the arbitrators, and from here the idea of research can be applied as a final productive project It aims to provide job opportunities for the deaf and hard of hearing, and to contribute to advancing economic development and its positive social role within society, and to transform this unexploited group into an effective productive unit.
