|a لا يمكن بأي حال من الأحوال التخلي عن ثمرات الذكاء الاصطناعي التي تحيط بنا، كما لا يمكن تجاهلها بالرغم من كل ما ينتج عنها من مخاطر، ومن ثم فإن التحدي الأكبر يكمن في القدرة على الموائمة بين مخاطر تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وبين الاستفادة من محاسنها، فلا يستساغ أبدا دفن الأدمغة في الرمال تجاه كل هذه المستجدات في عالم التكنولوجيا. ومن أهم التحديات التي تواجه الإنسان من مخاطر تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي هي النتائج الضارة لاستخدام هذه التقنيات، في ظل صعوبة الإقرار بالمسئولية القانونية تجاهها، وتفرق المسئولية بين جهات متعددة من المصنع والمستفيد والمبرمج والوكيل لهذه التقنيات، وهو ما يستدعى ضرورة التدخل التشريعي لتنظيم تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
|b In no way can we abandon the fruits of artificial intelligence that surround us, nor can they be ignored despite all the risks that result from them. Therefore, the greatest challenge lies in the ability to reconcile the risks of artificial intelligence technologies with taking advantage of their advantages. It is never acceptable to bury one's brains in the sand regarding all these developments in the world of technology. One of the most important challenges facing humans regarding the dangers of artificial intelligence technologies is the harmful consequences of using these technologies, in light of the difficulty of acknowledging legal responsibility towards them, and the division of responsibility between multiple parties: the manufacturer, the beneficiary, the programmer, and the agent of these technologies, which calls for the necessity of legislative intervention to regulate artificial intelligence technologies.
