|a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على تحديات التشغيل المهني لذوات الإعاقة الفكرية من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور. ولتحقيق هدف البحث استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال تطبيق الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات، على عينة مكونة من (84) ولي أمر. وأظهرت نتائج السؤال الرئيسي أن تحديات التشغيل المهني لذوات الإعاقة الفكرية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.47). وأظهرت نتائج السؤال الفرعي الأول أن تحديات التشغيل المهني لذوات الإعاقة الفكرية، والمتعلقة بالأسر جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.23). كما أشارت نتائج السؤال الفرعي الثاني إلى أن تحديات التشغيل المهني لذوات الإعاقة الفكرية، والمتعلقة بالمجتمع جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (4.26). كما بينت نتائج السؤال الفرعي الثالث أن تحديات التشغيل المهني لذوات الإعاقة الفكرية، والمتعلقة بذوات الإعاقة الفكرية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.49). ويوصي الباحثان بضرورة عقد دورات توعية لأولياء الأمور؛ للتقليل من تحديات التشغيل المهني لذوات الإعاقة الفكرية.
|b The current research aims to identify the challenges of vocational employment for women with intellectual disabilities from the point of view of parents. To achieve the goal of the research, the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, by applying the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information, on a sample of (84) parents. The results of the main question showed that the challenges of vocational employment for women with intellectual disabilities came to a moderate degree, with an arithmetic mean of (3.47). The results of the first sub-question showed that the challenges of vocational employment for women with intellectual disabilities related to families; It came with a moderate degree, as the arithmetic mean was (3.23). The results of the second sub-question also indicated that the challenges of vocational employment for women with intellectual disabilities related to society; It came with a high score, with an arithmetic mean of (4.26). The results of the third sub-question also indicated that the challenges of vocational employment for women with intellectual disabilities, related to women with intellectual disabilities; It was average; The arithmetic mean was (3.49). The researchers recommend holding awareness sessions for parents. To reduce the challenges of professional employment for women with intellectual disabilities.
