Introduction; This study has attempted to shed light on women participation in decision-making concerning their families, and this contribution is reflected in some different areas such as participation in decisions concerning the disposition of income distribution, household budget and their participation in decision-making on the use of family planning methods. Studies strength that women in decision-making are affected by many factors such as education, age and place of residence. Objectives: The study aims to: 1- Analyze the role of women in decision-making in the spending there earning and these hub one. 2- Highlight the role of women in the final decision on the daily resolutions (daily purchases / health care / visit family and relatives). 3- Determine how women's participation in decision-making about reproductive health. The main finding; 1- More than one quarter (27%) of women in age group (40-49) stated that their husbands has the decision in the way of spending his earning compared to only ( 5%) to the wife in 2005 reduced in 2008 to (22.7%) for husband and (3.1%) for wife. 2- Percentage of women who stated that decision in how to spend earning is return to the wife decreased in rural compared to urban area in 2008 than 2005 while increased for women who have completed secondary education or above, which the highest percentage from (75.8%) in 2005 to (80.4%) in 2008. 3- Highest proportion represented in older age groups starting from (30- 34 years) until (40-45 years) who make the decision on health care and large daily purchases and everyday family, visit family and relatives.
