المستخلص: يلعب العمل الحر دورا رياديا في دفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية، وبات أحد أهم الأعمدة الاقتصاد والتنمية في أي دولة تسعى للنهوض والتقدم، لما له من انعكاسات إيجابية على الجوانب الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. واهتمت المملكة العربية السعودية بمساهمة الأسر السعودية بوضع برنامج للتمكين الاقتصادي للأسر وتفعيلهم للمشاركة الاقتصادية وتحقيق استدامة مالية تضمن لهم العيش بحياة كريمة من خلال مجموعة متعددة من برامج التوعية والتأهيل على تنوع أساليب الابتكار، وتطوير المشاريع الحرة. وبقدر كون التمكين قضية إنسانية اجتماعية فهو قضية اقتصادية تتعلق بزيادة تكوين رأس المال وتنظيم قدرات جانبي العرض والطلب، وهو بذلك قضية تجد ما يساندها في الادب الاقتصادي لكونها تخلق كما مضافا من القدرات الاقتصادية التي يمكن من خلالها زيادة وتيرة النمو الاقتصادي وتخفيف نسبة البطالة. أهداف البحث: 1- التعرف على الاتجاهات "مفهومها، مكوناتها، خصائصها، وظائفها، أنواعها، نظرياتها، العوامل المؤثرة عليها". 2- دراسة العمل الحر "مفهومه، متطلباته، أسسه، أهميته". 3- دراسة التمكين الاقتصادي "مفهومه، أبعاده، خصائصه، مؤشراته". 4- تحديد اتجاهات الأسر السعودية نحو العمل الحر. 5- إيجاد العلاقة بين اتجاهات الأسر السعودية نحو العمل الحر وبين التمكين الاقتصادي. 6- الكشف عن الفروق بين أسر العينة في استبانة اتجاهات الأسر السعودية نحو العمل الحر وانعكاسها على التمكين الاقتصادي تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة. 7- التعرف على أولوية العوامل المؤثرة على اتجاهات الأسر نحو العمل الحر وانعكاسها على التمكين الاقتصادي. توصل البحث إلى: 1- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في الاتجاه نحو العمل الحر تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة. 2- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في التمكين الاقتصادي تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة. 3- وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين محاور استبيان اتجاهات الأسر السعودية نحو العمل الحر ومحاور استبيان التمكين الاقتصادي. 4- اختلاف نسبة مشاركة العوامل المؤثرة على الاتجاه نحو العمل الحر. 5- اختلاف نسبة مشاركة العوامل المؤثرة على الوعي بأهمية التمكين الاقتصادي. 6- اختلاف الأوزان النسبية لأولوية أبعاد الاتجاه نحو العمل الحر. 7- اختلاف الأوزان النسبية لأولوية أبعاد التمكين الاقتصادي وأوصي البحث بـ: 1- إلقاء الضوء على دور المؤسسات التعليمية في إيضاح مفهوم التمكين الاقتصادي وخصائصه للطالبات والخريجات لتمكينهن من مواكبة سوق العمل. 2- إقامة ندوات علمية إرشادية للفئات المختلفة من المجتمع السعودي لنشر ثقافة العمل الحر وإبراز مميزاته المجتمعية والاقتصادية. 3- المساهمة في نشر الوعي بأهمية العمل الحر من خلال المشاركات المجتمعية بإيضاح مميزاته وسبل الحصول على تمويل ميسر للحصول على تمكين اقتصادي بالمجتمع. 4- تقديم دراسات علمية لتنمية قدرات أفراد الأسرة لتعزيز ودعم النمو الاقتصادي للمملكة العربية السعودية.

Freelancing plays a leading role in driving economic development, and has become one of the most important pillars of the economy and development in any country seeking progress and advancement, due to its positive repercussions on the economic and social aspects. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been interested in the contribution of Saudi families by developing a program for the economic empowerment of families and activating them to participate economically and achieve financial sustainability that guarantees them a decent life through a diverse group of awareness and rehabilitation programs on the diversity of innovation methods and the development of free projects. As much as empowerment is a social humanitarian issue, it is also an economic issue related to increasing capital formation and organizing the capabilities of the supply and demand sides. It is therefore an issue that finds support in economic literature because it creates an additional amount of economic capabilities through which the pace of economic growth can be increased and the unemployment rate can be reduced.

Research objectives: 1- Identifying trends “their concept, components, characteristics, functions, types, theories, and factors affecting them.” 2- Studying self-employment “its concept, requirements, foundations, and importance.” 3- Studying economic empowerment “its concept, dimensions, characteristics, and indicators.” 4- Determine the trends of Saudi families towards self-employment. 5- Finding the relationship between Saudi families’ attitudes towards self-employment and economic empowerment. 6- Revealing the differences between the sample families in determining the attitudes of Saudi families towards self-employment and its impact on economic empowerment according to the variables of the study. 7- Identifying the priority of the factors affecting families’ attitudes towards self-employment and its impact on economic empowerment. The search found: 1- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample members regarding the tendency towards self-employment, depending on the variables of the study. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample members in economic empowerment depending on the variables of the study. 3- There is a correlation between the axes of the questionnaire on Saudi families’ attitudes towards self-employment and the axes of the economic empowerment questionnaire. 4- The difference in the participation rate of factors affecting the trend towards self-employment. 5- The difference in the participation rate of factors affecting awareness of the importance of economic empowerment. 6- Differences in the relative weights of the priority dimensions of the trend towards self-employment. 7- Differences in the relative weights of the priority of the dimensions of economic empowerment. I recommend searching for: 1- Shedding light on the role of educational institutions in clarifying the concept of economic empowerment and its characteristics to female students and graduates to enable them to keep pace with the labor market. 2- Holding scientific guidance seminars for different groups of Saudi society to spread the culture of self-employment and highlight its societal and economic advantages. 3- Contributing to spreading awareness of the importance of self-employment through community participation by explaining its advantages and ways to obtain soft financing to achieve economic empowerment in society. 4- Providing scientific studies to develop the capabilities of family members to enhance and support the economic growth of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
