Title of the study: Effective-ness of program for rational- emotive- behavioral therapy in de-creasing depression for a sample of teachers. \\ The study s dirction: \\ Am Shams University- Faculty of education- Mental health de-partment. \\ Aim of the study: \\ The objective of this present study is to investigate the effects of rational emotive behavioral therapy program to decreasing depres-sion in a sample of teachers at secondary school. \\ Sample of the study: \\ Consisted of 20 Teachers (Experimental group 10 and control group 10). \\ The study s instruments: \\ Have included an economic- social level form, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy program “ R.E.B.T” and depression scale for Teachers.\\\ \\ The study s results: \\ The results indicated that investigating all of the study s hypoth-esis except the forth and had affirmed on the efficiency of program. \\ Key words: \\
