هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف المشكلات التي تتعرض لها طالبات كلية الأميرة عالية الجامعية بجامعة البلقاء التطبيقية في الأردن، في كل من المجال الإداري ومجالات الجدول الدراسي والمرشد الأكاديمي والطالبات وموظفي التسجيل، ومعرفة درجة حدة كل مشكلة والخروج بتوصيات عملية لحلها. وقامت الدراسة على مجموعة فرضيات هي أن طالبات الكلية لا يواجهن مشكلات في عملية التسجيل في مجالات الدراسة السابق ذكرها، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة تعرض الطالبات لمشكلات في عملية التسجيل تعود لمتغيري القسم الأكاديمي والمستوى الدراسي. وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من الطالبات المسجلات لمرحلة البكالوريوس في الكلية والبالغ عددهن (2344) طالبة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (363) طالبة، وزعت عليهن استبانة مكونة من (50) فقرة تمثل كل منها مشكلة، وطلب الباحث منهن تحديد درجة تعرضهن لها حسب مقياس خماسي. استخدم الباحث المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، وتحليل التباين الأحادي، وقيمة (ت)، وقيمة (ف)، ودرجات الحرية، في معالجة بيانات الدراسة، وتوصل إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) في تعرض طالبات الكلية لمشكلات في عملية التسجيل في الكلية في (47) مشكلة من أصل (50) حددها الباحث، وكانت مرتبة حسب قوتها إلى عالية جدا في (14) مشكلة، وعالية في (24) مشكلة، ومتوسطة في (9) مشكلات على المقياس الخماسي (عالية جدا، وعالية، ومتوسطة، وضعيفة، وضعيفة جدا). أما ترتيب المشكلات حسب المجال فقد احتلت المشكلات الإدارية الترتيب الأول في درجة حدتها وبدرجة عالية جدا، تلاها المشكلات المتعلقة بموظفي التسجيل وبدرجة عالية ثم المشكلات المتعلقة بالجدول الدراسي وبدرجة عالية أيضا، وجاءت في الترتيب الرابع المشكلات المتعلقة بالطالبات وبدرجة عالية، وجاءت المشكلات المتعلقة بالمرشد الأكاديمي في المرتبة الأخيرة وبدرجة متوسطة، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة تعرض الطالبات لمشكلات في مجال المرشد الأكاديمي تعزى لاختلاف القسم الأكاديمي، ولصالح قسم العلوم التربوية على حساب قسم العلوم الأساسية، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في المجالات الاخرى، وانتهت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات
The present study has aimed to identify the problems among the female students of princess Alia’s university collage at al-Balq’a university in Jordan in each of: the academic field, academic schedule, academic advisor and students, registration staff, and the knowledge of the severity of each problem and coming up with practical recommendations to solve it. The study was built up on a number of hypotheses which are: the female students of the college do not have problems in the registration process in the fields of study mentioned previously and the presence of statistically significant differences in the degree of exposure of students to problems in the registration process that belongs to variables of the academic department and educational level. The population of this study included (2344) female students registered for undergraduate programs at the college, and the sample included (363) students. The sample students received a questionnaire of 50 paragraphs, each of which represent a problem and they were asked to determine the degree of exposure to these problems on a scale of five. Some of statistical tests were used, such as mean, standard deviations, One Way ANOVA, T-test, F-test, degree of freedom, and Cronbach’s alpha. A significant level of difference at (a < 0.05) was founded among students during the process of registration at the college, these included (47) problems out of the (50) problems that were previously defined by the researcher. The intensity of these problems varied between extremely severe in (14) problems, severe in (24) problems and moderate in (9) problems according to the five categories of the scale (extremely severe, severe, moderate, weak, and extremely weak). These problems categorized as the following: Administration problems were in the first level, followed by problems related to the registration staffs,, then problems with the academic schedule, and problems related to the students themselves, and came in the fourth level. Finally, problems related to the academic adviser came in the last level in a mid degree of students exposure to problems with the academic guide related to differences in the academic department on the expense of essential sciences with no significant statistical differences in other fields. The study ended with a number of recommendations.
