إن النهوض الفاعل والحقيقي لعملية التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية هو مشروع وطني واستراتيجي، يتوقف على نجاحه مستقبل الوطن والأجيال القادمة، فهو ليس مجرد مشروع فريق اقتصادي أو سياسي مما يوجب على الجميع الانخراط فيه والمساهمة في نجاحه لتستمر المسيرة الوطنية في إيقاع متصاعد ينطلق من قاعدة اقتصادية واجتماعية صلبة. ويطيب للباحث أن يتناول بالبحث بعض الموضوعات الهامة التي تمكننا من الوقوف عند ما إذا كانت مصر من خلال تبنيها برامج الإصلاح الاقتصادي قد استطاعت أن تحسن مستوى الفقر ومستوى عدالة توزيع الدخل، أم أن تطبيق برامج الإصلاح الاقتصادي قد أدت إلى توسيع الفجوة. فتتناول الورقة: • تطور نمط توزيع الدخل في مصر. • المقارنة بين أثر تطبيق برنامج الإصلاح الاقتصادي في مصر والدول النامية. • أهم المؤشرات لقياس التفاوت في توزيع الدخل: - الأجور كمؤشر لتوزيع الدخل. - معامل جيني كمقياس لتوزيع الدخل. - أنصبة الفئات المختلفة من السكان كمؤشر لتوزيع الدخل. • النفقات العامة ودورها في إعادة توزيع الدخل. \
The effective and the real advancement for process of economic and social development is a national and strategic project, depending on it's successful of the nation and the generations future, it is not just an economic or political team project, which is necessary for everyone to engage it and contribute to the success of the last national effect in the rhythm of growing stems from the economic and social base solid. The pleasure of the researcher to take up some issues that we can stand at whether Egypt through the adoption of economic reform programs may be able to improve the level of poverty and the equitable distribution of income, or that the application of economic reform programs have led to widening the gap.
