أن عملية إرساء التفكير العلمي باتت ضرورة في العصر أصبحت نهضت الأمم تقاس بعدد ما تملك من علماء وعقول مبدعيها وبقدر ما تقدمة هذه الأمم من الإنجازات علمية على المستويات جميعا, وما تراكم وما تحقق من إبداعات وكشوف في القرن العشرين بعد أن تم تنمية التفكير الإنساني في جميع مجالات الحياة ابتدأت هذه التنمية نحو تطوير التفكير إلى مستوى أعلى في القرن الأحادي والعشرون وان التفوق فيه سوف ينعكس على محتوى مناهج التعليم المدرسي والجامعي وطرائق التدريس . فشمل البحث الحالي طلبة كلية الفقه والبالغ حجم العينة (324) طالبا وطالبه بالطريقة العشوائية, فستخدم الباحث أداتين احديهما للأساليب التفكير لستبرنبرج والأخرى أساليب التعلم لكولب, بعد استخراج الصدق والثبات لهما تم تطبيق الأداتان فتوصل الباحث إلى النتائج الآتية-: توجد علاقة متباينة النوع (موجبه – سالبه) والدلالة (داله - غير – داله) بين أساليب التفكير (الملكي – الهرمي - الفوضوي - الاقلي - التشريعي - التنفيذي - الحكمي - العالمي - المحلي - المتحرر - المحافظ - الخارجي - الداخلي) وأساليب التعلم (ألتكيفي - ألتقاربي - الاستيعابي - ألتباعدي) لدى طلبة كلية الفقه. لا يوجد فروق بين أساليب التفكير و أساليب التعلم لدى طلبة كلية الفقه. \
in this age. the awakening of the nations began to be measured by the number of the scientists it owns and the minds of their creators and The amounts these nations present of scientific achievements on all levels and what has been achieved and piled up from success and discovery in the twentieth century, after the development of human thinking in all life aspects, which has started this development to progressing the thinking to a higher level.. the excellence in it will reflect upon the content of studying materials in schools .universities and teaching methods. The present research includes the students of doctrine and the size of the sample is (324) students in random way. The researcher has used two instruments, one of them is the thinking methods or(Sternberg), and the other is the learning methods for Kolb. After extracting honesty and stability for them, the two instruments were practiced and the researcher was led to the following results: 1-Adifferent relationship exists type(positive-negative) and the meaning familiarity-unfamiliarity) between the thinking methods (the regular- the pyramidal- the confusion-the minority- the legislation- the executive- the ruling- the universal - the local- the liberated- the outside government- the inside government).the methods of learning (the adoption-the attraction-the comprehend- the separates) to student of doctrine college. 2-there is no distinct between the methods of thinking and the methods of learning to the student of doctrine college . \
