|a عرضت في هذا البحث لحقيقة لفظ صحابي وما يراد به، ومن ثم تطرقت لأهمية فقه الصحابة، ومنزلته، ثم استعرضت أهم المصادر التي ينبغي أن يرجع إليها الباحث فيما يتعلق بفقه الصحابة، على مختلف أقسامها سواء العامة أو الخاصة أو المساعدة، لكي يتمكن من معرفة رأي الصحابي الفقهي في المسألة موضوع البحث بعد أن يحرره ويتأكد من ثبوته.
|b I introduced in this research the Islamic term "companion" [Sahabi] and its meaning and thus dealt with the importance of his understanding [Fekh]. His stature and then surveyed the most important references that the researcher should consult. I have included general specialized references for the ease of the student research and to get aquainted with the "companion" [Sahabi]'s opinion concerning [Fikh] after insuring the authority of the information.
