توقعات المرشدين التربويين لدور المعلم في العمل الإرشادي في محافظة بيت لحم هدفت الدراسة إلى فحص توقعات المرشدين التربويين لدور المعلم في العمل الإرشادي في محافظة بيت لحم التعليمية، ولهذا الغرض صممت استبانة مكونة من ثلاثة محاور : الأول يتمحور حول علاقة المعلم مع الطالب، ويحوى (20) عبارة، والثاني يتمحور حول علاقة المعلم مع المرشد التربوي ويحوي (18) عبارة والثالث يتمحور حول علاقة المعلم مع مدير المدرسة ويحوي (8) عبارات، ثم وزعت الاستبانة التي اعتمدت التدرج الخماسي (موافق جداً، موافق، محايد، معارض، معارض جداً) على (41) مرشداً ومرشدة في محافظة بيت لحم، وتم التحليل الإحصائي لجميع الاستبانات . أهم النتائج: 1. هناك فروق في المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة توقعات المرشدين التربويين لدور المعلم في العمل الإرشادي في محافظة بيت لحم تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور. 2. هناك فروق في المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة توقعات المرشدين التربويين لدور المعلم في العمل الإرشادي تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح من 3-6 سنوات. 3. هناك فروق في المتوسطات لدرجة توقعات المرشدين التربويين لدور المعلم في العمل الإرشادي في محافظة بيت لحم تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح البكالوريوس. 4. هناك فروق في المتوسطات لدرجة توقعات المرشدين التربويين لدور المعلم في العمل الإرشادي في محافظة بيت لحم تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية لصالح الأعزب. وأقد أوصى الباحث بما هو آتٍ: 1. تخفيض عدد الحصص الدراسية الأسبوعية عن المعلم حتى يتمكن من القيام بعمله الإرشادي. 2. عقد اجتماعات أسبوعية أو شهرية بين المعلم والمرشد لمناقشة سير العملية الإرشادية بما فيها خطط الإرشاد التربوي.
This study aimed at investigating the teacher's role in counseling in the governorate of Bethlehem. A questionnaire consisting of three components was designed for this purpose. The first component consisting of 20 statements is about the relationship between the teacher and the student, the second component consisting of 18 statements is about the relationship between the teacher and the educational adviser while the third component consisting of 8 statements is about the relationship between the teacher and the school principal. The questionnaire which adopted a 5- point scale (strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree, strongly disagree) was distributed among 41 male and female counselors and proper statistical analysis of the data was carried out . The study has revealed the following important results : 1. There are differences in the means of in the degree of the expectations of the role of the teacher in counseling in the governorate of Bethlehem attributed to gender in favor of males. 2. There are differences in the means of the degree of the expectations of the teacher's role in counseling in the governorate of Bethlehem attributed years of experience (from 3-6 years). 3. There are differences in the means of the degree of the expectations of the teacher's role in counseling in the governorate of Bethlehem attributed to the variable of qualification in favor of the BA degree. 4. There are differences in the means in the degree of the expectations of the teacher's role in counseling in the governorate of Bethlehem attributed to the variable of the marital status in favor of single males. The researcher recommends that: 1. the number of the weekly classes that the teacher teaches should be alleviated in order to enable him carry out his counseling work . 2. The teacher and the counselor should hold weekly or monthly meetings in order to discuss (the counseling process) including plans of educational counseling.
