هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور التطوير التنظيمي في الأداء المهني لقناة الجزيرة، من خلال إلقاء الضوء على مفهوم التطوير التنظيمي، وأهدافه، ومداخله، وكيفية إدارته واستراتيجياته وما يقدمه من حلول تساعد في رفع كفاءة القنوات الإعلامية عن طريق إجراء تأصيل وتحليل نظري وعملي للموضوع. وتقييم مستوى تواجد أبعاد التطوير التنظيمي في قناة الجزيرة في محاور (تطوير الاتجاه الاستراتيجي، تطوير الهيكل التنظيمي، تطوير الموارد البشرية، تطوير العمليات، تطوير التفني). إضافة تقييم مستوى أداء قناة الجزيرة من حيث (الاحترافية، برامج حوارية هادفة، التغطية الحصرية، تغطية الأحداث، اعتماد الجودة الشاملة، التوقيت المناسب للخبر، تطور الشكل والمضمون، ومؤشرات عديدة أخرى). تكونت عينة الدراسة من 115 موظفاً من العاملين في قناة الجزيرة، وكانت الإستبانات المستردة والصالحة للتحليل 95 استبانه. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر لأبعاد التطوير التنظيمي في قناة الجزيرة في محاور (تطوير الهيكل التنظيمي، وتطوير الموارد البشرية، وتطوير العمليات والأنشطة في قناة الجزيرة القطرية. وأوصت الدراسة أن تعمل القناة كمنبر لعرض جميع الآراء والتعليقات وتقدم صورة ممثلة للجماعات المتنوعة التي يتكون منها المجتمع، وتقديم محتوى إعلامي يتسم بالتنوع والنوعية والكم الملائم لاحتياجات الجماهير، والدقة فيعرض المحتوى الإعلامي دون تشويه أو إنقاص أي حقائق، وأن يتسم المحتوى الإعلامي بالشمول والإلمام بخلفية الأحداث والتفاصيل المختلفة التي ترتبط بالخبر، وكافة التطورات التي أدت للحادث، وأن تتسم القناة بحرية التعبير والرأي من خلال الإيمان الراسخ بالعقل الذي يألف التحليل والحوار.
This study aimed to shed light on the role of organizational development in the professional performance of the Al-Jazeera, by highlighting the concept of organizational development, and its objectives, and its approaches, and how to manage and strategies and offer solutions to help in raise the efficiency of media channels by means of rooting and analysis of theoretical and practical subject. Assess the level of presence and the dimensions of organizational development (the development of the strategic direction, developing the organizational structure, human resources development, process development, technical development) in Al-Jazeera channel. Also to assess the level of performance in terms of Al-Jazeera (professional, meaningful talk shows, exclusive coverage, cover events, the adoption of total quality, timeliness of the news, the evolution of form and content, and many other indicators). The study sample consisted of 115 employees of working in Al-Jazeera channel, 95 questionnaires were recovered and valid for analysis. The study found that there was an effect of the of organizational development dimensions (the development of organizational structure, and process development) on the professional performance of Al-Jazeera channel, while there was no effect (the development of strategic direction, human resource development, technical development) on the professional performance of Al-Jazeera channel. Bottom of Form And that there is low recognition of organizational development levels of organizational structure development, human resource development, and development of processes and activities. The study recommended the channel to work as a platform to display all the views, comments and provide a representative image of groups of diverse make up of society, and media content is characterized by diversity, quality and quantity appropriate to the needs of the masses, and accuracy in the presentation of media content comprehensive and knowledge of the background events and details that are related to different news, and all the developments that led to the incident, and that the channel is freedom of expression and opinion by the firm belief that the mind familiar with the analysis and dialogue.\
