المستخلص: This Study aimed to, 1- recognize the kind of attitudes of basic education teachers towards computer, 2- identify the differences between the attitudes of the primary stage teachers and those of the preparatory stage towards computer, 3- identify the effect of geographic site on teachers' attitude towards computer, 4- - identify the effect of practice courses on teachers' attitude towards computer, identify the relation between the result of the students of primary and preparatory stage in Beni- Suef and El-Sharkia who teach computer in 2004-2005 and who count 100 teacher. The subject of the study also includes the result of the students of those teachers in the subject of computer in the same year for the sixth grade of the primary stage and for the third grade of the preparatory stage. By using t-test and analysis of variance ANOVA the result of the study reveal: 1- the rise of means of primary and preparatory stage teachers on the attitudes towards computer, 2- the nonexistence of significant differences between means of the scores of primary and preparatory stage teachers on the attitudes towards computer, 3- the nonexistence of significant differences between means of the scores of teachers in Beni-Suef and El-Sharkia on the attitudes towards computer, 4- the attitudes of teachers towards computer differ according to the number of practice courses for the favor of teachers who participated in a lot of practice courses, 5- the nonexistence of significant differences between means of the scores of rural and urban teachers on some dimensions of attitudes towards computer scale, 6- the nonexistence of significant differences between means of the scores of teachers' with high attitudes towards computer students and those teachers with low attitudes in their scores of the subject of computer in the primary and preparatory stage. These results have been discussed and also it has been presented recommendations and the further studies which the study reveals the need for.
