|b The study aimed identifying the essence of the democracy culture and its significance in the educational morals. Moreover, it aimed at recognizing the level of contribution of the secondary school in the development of its students' democracy culture and the actual democracy practice of the secondary school students (for example: participating in the student unions, the school parliament, the debate groups and the classroom newspaper). Additionally, the study records the difference between the contributions of both the general and the technical secondary education towards the democracy culture development. A questionnaire was used and revealed the deficiency of the secondary school in the democracy culture development in the context of the democratic transformation of the Egyptian society. The study concluded with a suggested vision in order to activate the role of the secondary school in the development of the democracy culture. It identifies the educational and ideological piers of this role in addition to the school mechanisms in developing the democracy culture.
