المستخلص: The aim of the study was to recognize the role of the school library in the Educational Process from the perspective of Secondary Stage School teachers in Jordan and the relationship of that with sex, educational qualification, educational experience and the subject that the teacher teaches. And to achieve that a tool was applied specifically for the purposes of this study, and the study sample consisted of (328) teachers of the government school teachers in the capital Amman, (175) males and (171) Females. The study showed the following results: The teachers of the secondary stage in Jordan view that the school library has an average role in the educational process. These are statistical inference differences for the role in the educational process that may be attributed to the effect of sex and that was for the male group. These are statistical inference differences for the role in the educational process that may be attributed to the effect of educational qualification and that was for the higher studies group. These are statistical inference differences for the role in the educational process that may be attributed to the effect of educational experience and that was for the ones who have experience more than ten years. No statistical inference differences for the role in the educational process that may be attributed to the effect of the subject that the teacher teaches. The study concluded and recommended a number of recommendations that concentrated on enriching the school libraries with books and the necessary references and the development school curricula that pushes the students and teachers to deal with the school libraries.
