|a رغم كثرة البحوث الفقهية إلا أنني لم أقف على بحث مستوف عن التسليم من الصلاة، هذا ما حداني للكتابة فيه، وسبب أخر مهم هو الإنكار الشديد من بعض طلبة العلم على المقتصر على تسليمة واحدة، أو السلام عليكم، فأحببت أن أبين أن هذه من المسائل الفرعية التي اختلف فيها السلف الصالح، ولكل حجته، ولم يشنع أحد على أحد. وخلصت إلى أن السلام ركن عند المذاهب الثلاثة عدا الأحناف، فإنه واجب عندهم، إلا أنهم يصححون الخروج من الصلاة بأي مناف، واختلفت آراء المذاهب في اشتراط نية الخروج به من الصلاة، كما أن من اقتصر على تسليمة واحدة فقد تمت صلاته بالإجماع، إلا أنهم استحبوا الثانية عدا مالكا فقد رأي أن السنة للإمام والمنفرد الاقتصار على واحدة، وأن الثانية لم تحدث إلا في عهد بني هاشم، كما انفرد عنهم باستحباب الثالثة للمأموم. وجمهورهم على وجوب لفظ " السلام عليكم"، واختفوا فيما زاد على ذلك، وفي الجهر والتيامن والنية خلاف واسع، واستحبوا للإمام تخفيف السلام، وعدم تطويله، لئلا يسبقه المأموم، أو يساويه، فتفسد صلاته عن الأكثر. وأن السلام من الجنازة كغيرها من الصلوات إلا الحنابلة: فلا يسلم إلا واحدة.
|b Despite the abundance of research in the field of Islamic Jurisprudence, I did not come across a thorough study concerning Salutation at the end of praying, Tasleem. This reason and the extreme condemnation of some of students of religious knowledge of those who considered it sufficient to have just one salutation, or peace upon you, invited me to write about the subject I would like to point out that such a minor issue was, among other minor things, controversial for the precedents who have had their own pretexts. I found it incumbent upon me to embark on the study of this question to help spreading tolerance among students of religious knowledge, accepting the different opinion, especially in these times where the one-dimensional opinion dominates, and perhaps the ignorance, the going astray from the right way, and the heresy of the different. I also found that the precedents of this nation had given this issue its due attention, and that difference upon this problem is something palatable, and that every one of them has had his own pretext and authority. Finally, I came to the conclusion that Salutation, Al-Salam, was a corner¬stone according to the tln.ee Imams, apart from Abi Hanifa, but they differed in relation to the condition of the intention ending praying, seeing that the one who suffices his praying by one salutation, Tasleema, his praying is complete. But they preferred the second, except Malek who did not see it as important neither for the Imam nor for the singular prayer, seeing it as Sunna, which never took place apart from the reign of Bani Hashim. Their followers saw that it was necessary to pronounce the phrase of Al- salamalekum but they differed widely upon anything extra, and on being loudly pronounced, and on being on the right side, and on the intention. Finally, Allah alone is the all-knowing.
