إن أهميه البحث تكمن في التعرف علي الجوانب المختلفة لتنظيم بطولة الجمهورية لتنس الطاولة ومحاولة حصر العملية التنظيمية في أسئلة ممكن من خلال الإجابة عليها الوصول الي المستوي الحقيقي للتنظيم وبالتالي تعزيز النقاط الايجابية ومحاولة التغلب علي السلبيات التي تحصل في كل بطولة ومن ثم الوقوف علي المستوي العام للبطولة مقارنه بالأعوام السابقة لتكون دليل للاتحاد لتقييم مدي نجاحه في التنظيم. إن عملية التقييم العشوائي المبني علي أساس غير علمي هي إضاعة للوقت والجهد والعودة إلي نقطة الصفر وعلي العكس من ذلك. إن التقييم الموضوعي يؤدي الى الكشف عن مدي تحقيق الأهداف ومعرفة مدي التقدم والنجاح بالإنجاز التنظيمي الذي تحقق فضلا عن التعرف علي المعوقات التي تواجه نجاح البطولات ومعرفة هل إن عمليه التنظيم تسير وفق المنهج المخطط لها من قبل الاتحاد المركزي أم لا. ومن هنا يمكن تحديد مشكله البحث في غياب الضابط الصحيح للتقييم وعدم منهجه جميع العوامل المحيطية بالعملية التنظيمية إذ يفتقر الاتحاد المركزي للعبة تنس الطاولة إلى الوسيلة التي يمكن من خلالها الوقوف علي مدي نجاح العملية التنظيمية ومن هنا ارتأي الباحث بناء استمارة يمكن من خلالها تقييم واقع بطولة الجمهورية بتنس الطاولة. هدف البحث إلى تقييم الواقع التنظيمي لبطولة الجمهورية بتنس الطاولة من خلال استطلاع آراءه رؤساء وإداري الاتحادات الرياضية لتنس الطاولة والحكام والمدربين واللاعبين المشاركين والتعرف علي تقديراتهم لمستوي التنظيم من خلال بناء استمارة ذات مجالات متعددة (إدارية, تحكمية, فنية, إعلامية) \
