520 |b When the social change tack place in one aspect of the social live the other aspect would influenced with this changes, so it will change for that. In the globality age we have serious need to rebuild educational systems to face the variable needs. Sense the social and political change in the Iraqis society impose this needs , and the direct linkage to the globalization create this needs, so the dialogue education will create the democracy of culture among the people. And it creates the eventful mined. Because we are bareness didactic in the filed of education. And we bareness for democracy. Because we are unknown to practice it. The didactic will create this practice by the cultural democracy when it diffusion among the members of the society when they have real practice in their scholars. And in their didactic. They will contribute in the development of their society. So we have a serious need to change the old autocracy didactic systems. To the new one to be democracy. That will active contribute in the development of the society. Then we could control on the speed and the aspects of the social change. To achieve the general social goals in the civilization progress. To catch the modernization countries. And give up the dictatorship from our social live by socialized the new members on the cultural democracy. In this way only we could belong down from the social chaos that we suffer from. Which make us wish the return the dictator to organized our social live and to achieve the social depositing that we miss it the later social and political change.
