المستخلص: The most distinguished of our society is the hast scientific and technological progress which extend to include all life sector , this put end for the slow progress age , which changes go directly with human abilities on understand and psychological conforming to an age impossible to predict of what will occur This knowledge explosion accompanied by changes with regard of human abilities on undet5 and these subsequent scientific improvements Form here the urgent need to instruction is necessary oblige the research attempts of solutions for the social , psychology and behavior problems which are not traditionally , the future hops and the insistence on succeed and be far from the fear and troubles of the unknown all that required to available psychological instructions and directions. The current research problem emerged through the research's notes for the psychology instruction and feeling to provide an opportunity for student to understand himself and helping to solve their studying problems and lighting it acute , from these bases the two researchers found necessity to do more researches to study these vital problems in different fields , one of them this research whereas done on sample of (80) teachers box gender in many colleges of Qadisiya University , for the academic study year (2009-2010) , we shall show all the most main aspects of this research as follows: First: the research aims:- it aimed at: 1. Acknowledge on the reality of instructional and psychology education in Qadisiya University by view point of teachers. 2. Acknowledge on the reality of instructional and psychology education in Qadisiya University by view point of teachers according to the gender variability. Second: research management:- It has been built a tool to Acknowledge on the reality of instructional and psychology education in Qadisiya University by view point of teachers , it was characterized with truth and fixation , whereas the two researchers replied on building this tool on the sources: 1. The previous morals. 2. Scales and questionnaires Third:- The statistical means: whereas using the following means: 1. T-Test: to extract the current research results, knowing the notion of differences of both genders 2. Coefficient factor of Persan: in order to know the fixation factor by mean of partial method. Fourth: The results which the current research achieved to: it has got the following results: 1. Available positive view point for the teachers in Qadisiya University for the reality of instructional and psychology education. 2. lack of notional statistical differences of males and females(teachers) by view point of the reality of instructional and psychology education in Qadisiya University. \
