And further we elaborate the Arab child ideas and knowledge, the most we indicate his future.The report Requisites are divided in two parts :First part:This part discusses the elaboration of radio and television programs, by defining its relation to the child: Also how this relation could be manipulated by many competitive means:1 - The effects of the modern technology on the Arab child on the subject of: computer, web and video games. How far goes the competition?2 - The effects of foreign production on this relation, remarding its potentials and also dangerous aspects: social ideas and knowledge that might hold many differences dealing with social values. And the uncontrolled broadcast of this foreign production that is due to the satellite channels.Second part:Throughout the discussion of the good quality of directing for children, we set the standards.1 - The form is defined by the modern technology and its potentials, also the placing of elements of production.2 - The subject and how to reach to the child mentality.Finally the article offers some propositions, in order to reach the good quality of elaborating radio and television programs. The kind of elaboration that we want for the Arab child signifies the future of the whole nation.
