المستخلص: The writer of the child neither writes for others’ children nor even for his own children. He writes to satisfy a child inside himself. Therefore, he satisfies all the children. So he has become the writer of he children. The first fact in broadcasting of the child is that it will transfer the child from the passive receiver to a positive participant if it introduces its works as it should be. Radio consults the child’s imagination which is a self motivated power for innovation and creativity. The broadcasting imagination and the positive participation are the most enjoyable, important and dangerous thing introduced by the child’s broadcasting. During the last years, information technology can make TV. A great competitor for the radio in the field of imagination and the positive participation. Child’s TV. has its own alternatives which use the language of the child. From these alternatives, there are what’s available and what’s absent by the two principles, such as computer graphics and animation. In the field of the TV writing of the child, the writer is in need for alternatives and the alternatives are in need for a producer and the producer is in neede for a distribution. The TVs of the Arab region don't almost buy anything apart from the available production even if it were “Made in Taiwan”. That’s with the exception of the experience in the child cinema which was made by the Arab Syrian pioneer “Durid Laham” in his film “Kfrun”. So we always ask ourselves a question; For Arab, where’s the child's cinema?
