المستخلص: Making work perfect is one of the main principles of Islam. Thus, talking about work quality is just like talking about an Islamic principle. Allah the Almighty said "It's the make of Allah Who perfected everything" Prophet Mohammed also said in one of his Hadith "Allah likes the one who perfects his work" From this prospective, we find out that the quality that led many countries towards civilized progress and flourishing is an Islamic demand. Consequently; the quality is a national and vocational demand that ensures the ability of our nation to keep pace with the civilized development. Since the school is considered the nucleus of any education system, it has upon its shoulder the task of leading the change towards a better future. In the shade of the challenges of the technological and informational revolution, Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd Primary School found itself without a choice except one. Either to adopt a new management system where the students, parents , the society and all the teaching staff take part in to take quick steps towards the future or to remain the ineffective traditional management. The Paper Target 1 - Introducing the quality experience of Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd Primary School 2- Showing the importance of transformation towards managing a comprehensive quality in education (Mohammed Bin Fahd Primary School as a model) 3- Clarifying the difficulties and obstacles that faced the transformational stage towards the comprehensive quality. Stages of transformation towards the over-all quality The management of transformation towards comprehensive quality in any institution requires a continuous commitment from the high administration. For this reason, the school took this step as first priority towards comprehensive quality. The management needs a period from (3-5) years to achieve its goals. This may differ from on school to another. Herein the steps that the school underwent to achieve comprehensive quality: The commitment of the school management with the comprehensive quality Spreading the culture of comprehensive quality Formulating the vision, the message and the goals of the school Preparing the school strategy Paving a good way of work for teachers Obtaining ISO certificate Continuous improvement Referential comparison with similar school and winning quality prizes. The Basics of Quality taken by school 1- Self-correction 4- Training 5- Continuous improvement 6- Incentives The Effect Of Transformation Towards Comprehensive Quality On Education Inside School As a result of what is mentioned before, the school achieved many positive steps that can be attributed first to Allah, then to the school management which was successful in: -Increasing the number of excelled and distinguished students all over the governorate -Increasing the number of students who won the prize of Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Bin Abdullaziz School Projects -School telephone -Knowledge and information system Computer project -TV circuit project -School site on the internet project -The educational studio project -A computer and video set in every class of the school -Mobile messages project
