استهدفت الدراسة تعرف تفعيل دور مديري المدارس في تحفيز المعلمين في مصر في ضوء خبرة اليابان، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف سعت الدراسة إلي تعرف دور مديري المدارس في تحفيز المعلمين في ضوء الفكر الإداري التربوي المعاصر، وتعرف أهم المستخلصات من بعض الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة (ألمانيا – المكسيك - ماليزيا) في تفعيل دور مديري المدارس في تحفيز المعلمين، والوقوف علي واقع دور مديري المدارس في تحفيز المعلمين في اليابان، وكذلك الوقوف علي واقع دور مديري المدارس في تحفيز المعلمين في مصر، واعتمدت الدراسة علي مجموعة من الأدوات (الدراسة النظرية - الدراسة الاستطلاعية - الاستبانة- الزيارة الميدانية)، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج المقارن، وكان من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة هو ضعف دور مديري المدارس في تحفيز المعلمين في مصر، كما أن لمديري المدارس الدور الحيوي في تحفيز المعلمين من خلال استخدامهم لمجموعة من الآليات التي تحقق هذا التحفيز مثل: المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات، وتفويض السلطات، والاعتراف بجهد المعلم، والمحافظة علي المعلم المبدع، والتأكيد علي قيمة العمل الجماعي وروح الفريق، والتأكيد علي العلاقات الإنسانية أكثر من العلاقات الوظيفية، والترقية، والإثراء الوظيفي للمعلمين، والعدالة في تقييم أداء المعلم، واستخدام أسلوب المتابعة الملائم، وتطبيق الإدارة بالأهداف، وتمكين المعلمين إداريا، والاتصال الفعال، والدعم المستمر من مديري المدارس، وتقوية الانتماء التنظيمي، وتوصلت الدراسة لتصور مقترح للتفعيل دور مديري المدارس في تحفيز المعلمين في مصر، وبما يتناسب مع ثقافة وخصوصية المجتمع المصري.
The study aims at recognizing the method of activating principals' role to stimulate teachers in Egypt in the light of Japan's experience. And to achieve that target , the study tries on recognizing principals' role to stimulate teachers in the light of current educational managerial thought , and the most important inferences from contemporary international trends ( Germany - Mexico - Malaysia ) in terms of principals' role for teachers' stimulation . It seeks information about the reality of principals' role to stimulate teachers in Egypt . The study relies on a number of tools; (Theoretical Study, Pilot Study, Questionnaire, and Field Study). The study uses a comparative approach . It deduces many results; and the most important results of this study are : The weakness of principals' role to stimulate teachers in Egypt. Principals have a vital role in stimulating teachers through their appliance of some mechanisms which accomplish this stimulation . ex., Participation in decision making , delegation of authority, acknowledgement of teachers' labor , taking care of creative teachers , focusing on team work value , accentuating on human relations rather than position relations, promotion, teachers' position enrichment, justice in teachers' performance assessment, using a suitable supervision style, applying management by objectives, teachers' managerial empowerment, effective communication, principals' persistent support, and strengthening organizational loyalty. The study concludes a suggested concept for activating principals' role to stimulate teachers in Egypt according to the culture and singularity of Egyptian society.
