استهدفت الدراسة إعداد برنامج لتنمية مهارات التأهيل ما قبل المهني لدي عينة من المعاقين عقليا والتعرف على فاعليته، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج التجريبي لاستقراء مضامين العديد من الأدبيات التي تناولت التأهيل ما قبل المهني للمعاقين عقليا ، وبرامج تدريب المعاقين عقليا القابلين للتعلم لاكتساب مهارات التأهيل ما قبل المهني، كما تم إعداد بطاقة تقييم مهارات تأهيل ما قبل المهني، وبرنامج الأنشطة لمهارات التأهيل ما قبل المهني، وتم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة من المعاقين عقليا تكونت من (25) طالبا معاقا عقليا من القابلين للتعلم بمدارس الدمج بالمرحلة الثانوية (مجموعة تجريبية)، و(25) طالبا معاقا عقليا من القابلين للتعلم بمدارس الدمج بالمرحلة الثانوية (مجموعة ضابطة) بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.001) بين متوسط درجات المجموعتين التجريبية ومتوسط درجات المجموعة الضابطة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية على أبعاد: التتابع (الرص والترتيب)، والفك والتركيب، والتطابق والتصنيف واستخدام الأدوات، والعادات المهنية، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.001) بين متوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية قبل تطبيق البرنامج وبعده لصالح التطبيق البعدي على أبعاد التتابع (الرص والترتيب)، والفك والتركيب، والتطابق والتصنيف، واستخدام الأدوات، والعادات المهنية، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين درجات المهارات ما قبل المهنية لدى المجموعة التجريبية بين القياس البعدي والقياس التتبعي في أبعاد التتابع (الرص والترتيب)، والفك والتركيب، والتطابق والتصنيف، والعادات المهنية وخلصت الدراسة إلى تفعيل دور البرنامج التدريبي لتنمية مهارات التأهيل ما قبل المهني للمعاقين عقليا القابلين للتعلم.
The study aimed at preparing a program for the development ofpre-vocational rehabilitation skills in a sample of the mentally disabled and to identify its effectiveness, and study followed the experimental method to extrapolate the contents of many of the literature that dealt with pre-vocational rehabilitation for the mentally handicapped, and training programs for the mentally disabled who have the ability to learn to gain thepre-vocationalrehabilitationtraining skills . There was also a prepared skills evaluation card of pre-vocationalrehabilitation, and activities program for the pre-vocationalrehabilitation skills. The study was applied to a sample of mentally disabled consisted of 25 students with mentally disabilities who have the ability to learn, studying in merge secondary schools (experimental group), 25 disabled students were mentally disabilities who have the ability to learn, studying in merge secondary schools (control group), Saudi Arabia, and the results showed statistically significant differences at the level of ((0. 001 between the average degree of the experimental group and the average degree of the group on the dimensions of the relay (ordering and arrangement), structure games, matching .classification, and the use of tools, and professionalhabits , there is statistically significant differences at the level of (0.001) between the average degree of the experimental group before after and implementing of the program and the score average of the experimental group was in favor of the post dimensions of the relay (ordering and arrangement), and structure games matching, classification, use of tools, and professional habits, and the absence of statistically significant differences between scores of pre-professional skills in the experimental group between the measurement and dimensional measurement in favor of the post dimensions of the relay (ordering and arrangement), and structure games matching, classification, use of tools, and professional habits and the study concluded to activate the role of the training program to develop the skills of pre-vocational rehabilitation of the mentally disabled who are learning
