The present study aimed at identifying learners' perspectives on the use of the e-portfolio in learning and assessment. The study sample consisted of all the postgraduate students, students attending training courses for curriculum supervisors at the college of Education at King Saud University, and MA technology students at Al-Faisal Colleges in Riyadh. The sample was purposive, and included vo students. The researcher used the descriptive approach and a questionnaire to collect data. The research study came to the conclusion that the use of the e-portfolio in learning and assessment helped improve learners' performance through the process of continuous review of the file and enhanced their ability to search for academic information on the internet. In addition, it helped introduce new methods of presenting works and achievements. It also proved helpful for teachers to assess learners' knowledge and skills compared to tests. The findings showed no statistically significant differences at 0.05 in the responses of the research sample according to the variable of the current work, academic specialization and study program. The findings also showed some advantages of using the e-portfolio represented in administration, designing, charactcr, learning and assessment. On the other hand, there were few disadvantages such as excessive execution time, and poor background knowledge. Finally, the researcher offered some recommendations for future research.\
