هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف علي الكفايات الواجب توافرها لإعداد معلمي العلوم التجارية بكلية التربية بسوهاج من وجه نظر المتخصصين ، وحاولت الدراسة الإجابة عن التساؤل الرئيسي التالي : ما الكفايات الواجب توافرها لإعداد معلمي العلوم التجارية بكلية التربية بسوهاج ؟. واتبعت الدراسة الخطوات التالية : تحديد الكفايات اللازمة لعينة البحث ، وذلك بإتباع ما يلي : - الاطلاع علي الدراسات والبحوث التربوية وأيضا الكفايات التربوية في هذا المجال . - الاطلاع علي القوائم التي حددت الكفايات اللازمة للمعلمين . - عرض القائمة علي مجموعة من الخبراء والمتخصصين في مجال العلوم التجارية . - تعديل القائمة في ضوء أراء المحكمين. تصميم استبانه تحتوي علي كفايات عامة وكفايات تربوية علمية وكفايات تكنولوجية عرض الاستبانة علي مجموعة من الخبراء والمتخصصين في المناهج وطرق تدريس العلوم التجارية . تعديل .الاستبانة في ضوء أراء المحكمين . اختيار عينة عشوائية من المتخصصين في مجال العلوم التجاريالتجاري تطبيق ة.ائمة علي المتخصصين من المعلمين والموجهين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس المتخصصين في العوم التجارية . المعالجة الإحصائية. تفسير النتائج وتقديم التوصيات والمقترحات. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لوصف وتحليل الأدبيات والبحوث والدراسات السابقة ، والإفادة من وجهة نظر المختصين في الوصول إلي تصور حول الكفايات الواجب توافرها لإعداد معلمي العلوم التجارية بكلية التربية بسوهاج .وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (200) متخصص في العلوم التجارية بمحافظة سوهاج .وتوصلت الدراسة الي قلئمة بالكفايات تمثلت في ثلاث قوائم علي النحو التالي : قائمة الكفايات العامة واشتملت علي (58) كفاية . قائمة بالكفايات العلمية والتربوية واشتملت علي (59) كفاية . قائمة بالكفايات التكنولوجية واشتملت على علي (46) كفاية . \
Problem of the study: the study has tried to answer the following main question " What are the necessary competencies for preparing the teachers of the commercial sciences at Sohag Faculty of Education? " Steps of the study To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher has followed the following steps I Determining Ihe competencies required fur the research sample through the following procedures - Reading the Educational Studies and Researches and also the educational compelenciet in this area - Taking into consideration the lists that identified the required competencies for teachers. - Showing the list lo a group of experts and specialists in ihe field of commercial sciences - Elaborating the list in ihe light of the views of arbitrators 2. Designing a questionnaire which contains general, educational, and technological competencies. 3 Referring ihe questionnaire to a group of experts and specialism in ihe field of commercial sciences methodology 4. Modifying ihe questionnaire in the light of ihe views of the arbitrators. 5. Selecting a random sample of specialists in the field of commercial sciences 6. Application List on teachers, mentors and faculty members who are specializedin commercial sciences. 7. Statisticaltrealment 8. Interpretation of ihe results and making recommendations and proposals Study Methodology The researcher has used Ihe descriptive method to describe and analyze previous literature, research, and studies, and benefit from the specialists' points of view In order to reach a vision about the competencies which should be present in preparing ihe teachers of commercial sciences at Sohag Faculty of Education The study sample The study tample consisted of 1200) individuals specialized in commercial sciences in Sohag Governorate Study results The study found a list of competencies divided into three lists as follows • A list of general competencies including (58) competencies. ■ A Usl of scientific and educational competencies including AH (59) competencies - A Usl of technological competencies lncludmg(46) competencies. \
