يتحدث البحث عن موضوع يتعلق بالتجمل والتزين ، وهو حكم التجميل بالمطعوم، أي وضع الأطعمة على الوجه والبدن، وقد عرفت الأطعمة، وبينت معنى الجمال والتجمل والتزين. ثم بينت بأن الإسلام دين طهارة ونظافة وجمال ، وأن المسلم مأمور دائما بأن يظهر بمظهر الجمال. ثم ذكرت بأن استعمال بعض الأطعمة كعلاج يتبعه تجميل يعتبر نوعا من العلاج ، وهو جائز ، وداخل ضمن التداوي المشروع الذي دلت عليه نصوص الشريعة. وذكرت بأن الخنزير وغيره من المطعومات المحرمة لا يجوز استعماله في المستحضرات التجميلية ، لأنه نجس واختلاطه مع المواد المباحة لا يعني أنه استحال وتغيرت حقيقة النجاسة . أما إذا تغيرت عين النجاسة بالاستحالة قبل إضافتها إلى هذه المواد التجميلية فإن الحكم يكون الجواز. ثم ختمت البحث ببيان أنه يجوز استعمال الأطعمة المباحة لتجميل الوجه أو غيره من أعضاء البدن ، لأنه داخل ضمن قاعدة : الأصل في الأشياء الإباحة.
The research deals with beautifying and using cosmetics and judgment of adorning face and body by using kinds of food. I defined foods and showed the meaning of beauty, adorning and using cosmetics for beauty purposes. Then I showed that Islam is the religion of physical purity, cleanliness and beauty and that a Muslim is ordered to appear fine and beautiful. I mentioned that using some foods as cure followed by adornment is a kind of cure. It is allowed and it is included within the process of treatment which is allowed according to Shari'ah contexts. I also mentioned that lard, bacon and other prohibited foods are not allowed in cosmetics because they are impure and even if mixed with other halal foods, but if they were changed chemically before being added to cosmetics, they are allowed. I concluded the research by saying that it is allowed to use halal foods to beautify the face or other parts of the body because it is included in the rule that says foods are generally allowed unless they were excepted by a text and considered haram or unallowed
