إن تحليل العلاقات الاجتماعية أمرا مهما للمدرب حيث أن كل فرد يكون مبدعا إذا وجد في الموقع الملائم لطبيعته ويشعر بأمان وقدرة اكبر إذا وجد مع أفراد يستجيبون له كما يهبط اداؤه ودرجة معنوياته إذا شعر بأنه عضو في جماعة لأتقبله أو تعرض عنه. فأحيانا لا نستطيع تفسير ظاهرة عدم قدرة فريق جيد يمتلك لاعبين ممتازين على تحقيق نتائج ايجابية بينما نرى العكس في فريق اقل مستوى لأداء اللاعبين يحقق مستويات ثابتة. لذلك يرى الباحثان إن إغفال دراسة الواقع الاجتماعي تعد مشكلة يجب على الباحثين والمهتمين بإعداد الفرق القيام بدراسات مستمرة لأجل بناء فريق متكامل. يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة الاجتماعية التي ترتبط لاعبي فريق نادي الموصل بكرة القدم في عدد من المحاور. وقد شملت عينة البحث لاعبي نادي الموصل الرياضي وعددهم(21) لاعبا للعام الرياضي ٢٠٠٣. وأهم ما توصل اليه الباحثان من الاستنتاجات هي: 1-عدم وجود اللاعبين المنبوذين بين أفراد الفريق. 2-قلة العلاقات المغلقة أي قلة التكتل في داخل الفريق.
The analysis of social relations is of a paramount significance for the coach for the simple fact that everyone can be innovative when placed in a position suitable for his nature. Such a person would feet secure and much more capable of achievement when he encounters a perceptive audience that appreciates his work. On the contrary, if he flees that he is rejected and his melieu is irresponsive to what he does, his morale would decrease and his performance would dwindle. We cannot accasionally interpret the bad records of a team with first-class players while a team with second or third -class players achieve better with almost a constant performance. Accordingly, researchers postulate that negligence or ignorance of studying the social factor is a problematic issue which workers and researchers in the varions disciplines must pay attention to in order to constitute a perfect team. This paper drives at expounding the nature of social relations relating the football players to one another at varions axes. The research sample consists of the players of Mosul Athletic Club who are 21 in number for the Year 2003. Results : 1. There are not any players that are disregarded within the team. 2. No Cliqnes formation within the team.
