المستخلص: تمثل المعلومات موردا من الموارد المهمة للمنظمة، والتي نستطيع من خلالها تحقيق مزايا تنافسية، وأداء متميز وصولا إلى النجاح المنظمي. وإن هذه المعلومات تحتاج إلى إدارة، أي تحتاج إلى تخطيط وتنظيم ورقابة لكي يتم الاستفادة منها بشكل جيد، وتحقيق الفائدة من استخدامها. ولتحقيق ذلك ينبغي أن تتم عملية إدارة المعلومات في إطار منظم، ويمثل هذا الإطار بنظام المعلومات الإدارية، والذي أصبح أحد أهم الأنظمة الواجب توافرها في المنظمات لكي تستطيع تأدية أنشطتها المختلفة. ولكن وجود هذا النظام لا يكفي وحدة لتحقيق ذلك، إذ أن هذا النظام ينبغي أن يمتاز ببعض الخصائص والتي تجعله يوفر المعلومات وفقا لاعتبارات التوقيت المناسب والدقة والشمولية والاعتمادية، والتي تجعل منه نظاما ناجحا وبالتالي يمكن الاستفادة منه بشكل أمثل في مختلف الجوانب المنظمية. وفي هذا السياق انطلق البحث من مشكلة رئيسية مفادها هل هناك علاقة ارتباط وأثر لخصائص نظام المعلومات الإدارية في مؤشرات نجاحه، واستهدف البحث الوصول إلى تحديد طبيعة علاقة الارتباط والأثر بين بعدي البحث. وتوصل البحث إلى استنتاج أساسي مفاده أن هناك علاقة ارتباط وتأثير معنوية لخصائص نظام المعلومات الإدارية في مؤشرات نجاح هذا النظام. \

In this context, Research is a major problem that is there is a relationship and the impact of the characteristics of Management Information System in the indicators of success, and targeted research access to determine the nature of the correlation and effect between the offline search. The research found a conclusion essential that there is a correlation and the effect of morale of the characteristics of information system management in the indicators of the success of this system.
