|b In this research, as well as the introduction and conclusion, we will address the following sections: \ First Section: The right to Vote: Concept, Legal Characterization and Conditions: \ First Topic: concept of election and its related concepts: \ There are a lot of concepts that overlap with the concept of election, so we think it appropriate to identify those concepts to remove this overlap. \ Second Topic: Legal Characterization of Election: \ Upon the outbreak of the French Revolution in 1789, a long debate emerged about the characterization of election, is it a job, a personal right or what? \ Third Topic: Legal Conditions for Election. \ Those conditions include, age, mental and moral and gender capacity, most importantly of all, that the voter is registered in the voters records.
