المستخلص: The issue of the advancement of backward women is one of the humanitarian and social issues which are considered by the states and organizations because of their relevance to various social issues including political, economic, social and cultural rights, because women are the new generation and they are the family, and if they constituted half of the society in all countries, their significance in developing countries increased because they are needed, as other members of society , in order to speed up. In Iraq the women were bounded with handcuffs related to the customs and traditions that are prevailing in the society, the nature of the production relations, the backward semi-feudal social tribal system, and that women have particular problems that distinguish them from men at work, all of these circumstances participated in making women in low level than men. Last decades witnessed many cries and fruitful appeals that demanded for women's human rights, and the head of these claims is the right of women to work, in order to achieve economic independence for themselves. \
