|b The research is about the study of the way how to drop the client' s right of terminating the proxy which is differ from the origin that the proxy has no obligatory on any of its parts, we studied the drop of this right by two sections the first section studies the legal rooting of dropping the client' s right of terminating the proxy and this will be in the clear proxy and also in the proxy that the client got his right but the others rights still with it or the right of the deputy still with the proxy. While I specified the second section to study the legal acts which the client should perform on the proxy that he lost the right of termination over it, and those acts might cause a harmful to those whose whose right still with the proxy the subject of the study), then I ended the research with an) epilogue showed the results that I got and also the recommendations which I decided to submit it in the Iraqi project. to end the shortage in the existed Iraqi legislation
