المستخلص: مثل الآخر مشكلة في الرؤية الثقافية العربية لاسيما عند التأصيل على الرغم من الموقف الحضاري للقرآن الذي شدد في كثير من سوره على ضرورة الالتقاء بالآخر ومحاورته، بل ومشاورته والنزول عند رأيه إذا كان راجحاً قوياً، فإذا كانت الدعوة القرآنية على هذا النحو لما وجدنا هذه القطيعة والنظرة العدائية للآخر والتي تبلورت على يد فرقة إسلامية لها أثر كبير فيما آلت إليه حضارة الدولة الإسلامية، و لما صار هذا الكره الذي استوطن الروح الخارجية اتجاه الآخر شيعياً كان أو أموياً أو عباسياً، يا ترى هل هي قيم البداوة والقبلية التي تأصلت في نفوسهم أم عقدة الحكم وما آلت إليه بعد التحكيم ؟ أسئلة كثيرة لاشك في أن النص الخارجي بعد استنباطه سيجيب عن كثير منها. ‏‏ إن مواجهة الآخر كانت وستظل ديدن الاختلاف والمهم في الأمر أنهم حينما واجهوا الآخر ظلوا مصرين على الاكتراث به لكنهم لم يحاولوا في الوقت نفسه التعرف عليه وتفهمه بدلاً من ذلك الصراع المر الذي دار على امتداد التاريخ الإسلامي، والتهم أمما في حروب طاحنة ونيران مستعرة، وثارات لا تخمد أحقادها وضغائنها. ‏ إن الثبات الفكري الذي قام عليه فكر الخوارج الاعتقادي والذي انعكس على أدبهم؛ يعد مفصلاً مهماً في ثقافتهم التي اتكأت على الأصول، فشكل انشقاقهم مرحلة حاسمة في الصراع بين التبات والتحول، فكانت هزيمة الرؤية التي ترى الانفتاح على الثقافات الأخرى وعدم الانغلاق على رؤية واحدة إيذاناً بانهيار ثقافة التعدد وبروز الوجه الآخر المعادي لكل ما لا يتفق ورؤيتهم، فعدم استيعاب الخوارج للجوهر الحقيقي للرسالة الإسلامية وتمسكهم بسطحية النص على وفق رؤية ضيقة جداً وضعتهم في زاوية الجهل بالدين والتبجيل الأعمى له، وأحياناً الشطط أو التعسف في الفهم والتأويل. ‏ يتضح من خلال النصوص التي سنقف عندها عمق الصراع الثقافي بين الرؤى المختلفة الاتجاه حداً وصلت فيه إلى الاحتراب بالسيف فكان النص الخارجي ديدن البحث في الوقوف على تلك الرؤى لاستبانة صورة الآخر في ثقافتهم التي هي جزء من الثقافة العربية القديمة.
