إن التلفزيون من وسائل الإعلام التي تسهم في مجالات التربية والاجتماع، وتأثيره كبير علي مزاج المشاهد وعاداته، وخصوصا الطفل الذي يشاهده بمعدل يتراوح بين ساعتين وثلاث ساعات في اليوم، فهو وسيلة اتصال ثقافية أساسية لدى الطفل، وذلك من خلال برامج الرسوم المتحركة وأفلامها بموسيقاها، وصورها المتحركة، وألوان مناظرها الباهرة التي يشاهدها، والتي تساعد في تفريغ الشحنات المدخرة في خياله، كما تؤثر فيه بشكل مباشر، وينعكس ذلك علي سلوكه اليومي مع الأسرة كلها، في المبادئ والقيم والعقائد، وفي نواحي الحياة جميعها، مما يساعد – في كثير من الأحيان- علي تشويه الهوية والثقافة العربيتين وتغيرهما. وتعد أفلام الرسوم المتحركة المسيئة إلي العرب وصورتهم من أخطر الوسائل الدعائية التي تنهض – منذ زمن- ضد العرب، وتخدم الأساليب الصهيونية، ذلك أنها حينما تتجه إلي الأطفال والفتيان فإنما تقوم بتأسيس وعيهم، وتسهم بشكل فاعل في تشويه صورة العرب، ونشر فكرة العنف، والعدوان، والخوف، وعدم التقدير والاحترام، واللامبالاة، والسلوك السيئ لأثرياء النفط، والغرور، والغيرة، والأنانية، والاتكال، والقيم السيئة، مثل حب الجنس، والتي ينظر إليها على أنها غير مقبولة أخلاقيا من جانب تعميم المعايير، وتصوير النموذج الغربي – وخصوصا الأمريكي-، علي أنه الذكي و(السوبر مان) الذي يقوم بحل المشكلات كلها بالعقل والقوة معا. والخطورة تكمن في توافر هذه الأفلام بكثرة في محال الفيديو العربية، وتعرض أيضا علي شاشات التلفاز. وتنصب هذه الدراسة علي بعض الأفلام والحلقات الكرتونية التي تلبي شروط خطاب الكراهية، والتي وجدت موطئ قدم في مجال السينما، حيث ستساعد العاملين في مجال الرسوم المتحركة على الاستفادة من نتائج هذا البحث، مما سيؤدي إلي فهم كيفية التعامل مع هذه المشكلة في مجتمعنا العربي، ومن ثم الحد من انتشارها والتصدي لها، فسينما الرسوم المتحركة الغربية، وخصوصا الأمريكية، قد أعلنت الحرب علي الصورة العربية، من خلال معلومات مزيفة، وأهداف مبيتة، لحشد التعاطف مع السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية، لاسيما في فترات التحول أو الأزمات، وعلي فكر الأطفال فيما بات يعرف بــ(حملة التشويه).. فصناعة السينما جزء من الأسلحة التي تمتلكها الإدارة الأمريكية فيما تخوض حروبها المنتشرة علي أكثر من جبهة. لذا فإن رأيت عربيا شريرا في فيلم سينمائي فإنك سوف تراه في بلاد العالم كلها. وهكذا هذه الصورة تشوه كل ما له علاقة بالعرب، وتجعل من الإسلام شريرا، وهذه السينما بيننا منذ أكثر من مئة عام، وأصبح الأمر أكثر وضوحا بعد هجمات الحادي عشر من سبتمبر، والتي يجب من وجهة نظر أمريكية، أن يتحمل تبعاتها العرب كلهم دون استثناء. إذا هكذا كانت صورتنا دائما، وحوش مرتزقة برابرة، وأغبياء متعطشون للحروب، يركضون وراء المادة، ويعشقون الجنس، ومحرومون، وإرهابيون. ورسالة أمريكا إلي الأطفال تبدأ بإستراتيجية جديدة وأكثر حرفية ودهاء، وذلك عندما تقرر أن توجه خطابها نحو الأطفال، مستغلة شعبية أفلام الرسوم المتحركة.
