استهدفت هذه الدراسة تعرف دور الأم الرياضية في تنشئة جيل رياضي يعود على مجتمعه بالإنجازات الرياضية، وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة القصدية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية الرياضية بالجامعة الأردنية وقد بلغ عددهم (29) عضواً، وقامت الباحثة ببناء استبانه تضم ثلاثة مجالات (مجال الأم الرياضية، مجال المعلمة الرياضية، ومجال الجيل الرياضي)، وقد اشتملت الإستبانة في صورتها النهائية على (17) فقرة تهدف بمجملها إلى الكشف عن آراء واتجاهات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية الرياضية حيال دور الأم الرياضية، في تنشئة جيل رياضي يعود على مجتمعه بالإنجازات الرياضية، وقد تم التحقق من صدق أداة الدراسة وثباتها. وقد تم تحليل البيانات إحصائياً باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن جميع مجالات الدراسة جاءت بدرجة فعالية عالية، حيث دلت النتائج على أن مجال المعلمة الرياضية جاء بالمرتبة الأولى ثم مجال الأم الرياضية وأخيراً مجال الجيل الرياضي. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة بتخصيص برامج تدريبيه وتوعويه من قبل المسؤولين تختص بالأم الرياضية باعتبارها أساس المجتمع وتربي جيلاً بأكمله من أجل تحقيق ما خطط له، وتفعيل دور المعلمة الرياضية في الميدان التربوي من خلال تذليل الصعوبات التي تعترضها، وتوفير كافة الإمكانيات المتاحة لخلق جو الإبداع في العمل، وإبراز الشخصية الرياضية بالتاريخ الرياضي لما له من عائد ايجابي على الشخص نفسه وعلى الجيل الرياضي الذي يقوده، والحث على متابعة ممارسة النشاط الرياضي من قبل الأم الرياضة لما له من تأثير ملحوظ على تبني الرياضة من قبل الأبناء منذ الصغر. \
This study aims to identify the role of the Athletic Mother of Bringing up Athletic Generation Fulfils Sports Achievements to his Society. We have chosen the sample of the study from the numbers of the faculty Physical and it reached to 29. The researcher made a questionnaire included three fields. (The athletic mother field, the athletic field and the athletic generation field). The final result of the questionnaire included seventeen items aim to detect trends and views the members of faculty and physical education about the role of the Athletic Mother of Bringing up Athletic Generation Fulfils Sports Achievements to his Society. And the validity and reliability of the tool of study has been verified. To answer the question of the society, averages and standard deviation were calculated for the members of the study sample answers on the element of the study tool. The study showed that the role of the athletic mother of bring up athletic generation Fulfils Sports Achievements to his Society is high, the athletic field, is the first, then the athletic mother field, finally the athletic generation field. According to the result of the study the researcher recommended of allocating training and raising awareness programs by officials belonging to the athletic mother as being the foundation of the society and raise up entire generation in order to achieve what is planed to And activating the role of the teacher sports in the educational field through overcoming the difficulties encountered, and provide all the possibilities available to create an atmosphere of creativity in work, and to highlight the sporting character on the history of sports because of its positive return on the same person and the generation athlete who led, and encourage follow-up physical activity on the mother sport because of its significant impact on the adoption of sport by children from an early age. \
