520 |a يستهدف البحث التعرف على أهمية التعلم باللعب لأطفال رياض الأطفال وانعكاساتها على تعديل سلوكهم، حيث أن اللعب هو دنيا الطفل المليئة بالمتعة والاستطلاع والاستكشاف، كما أن اللعب بالنسبة للأطفال يمثل لهم الحياة بكل ما فيها من معنى . وفي الوقت نفسه اللعب هو وسيلة من وسائل الضبط والتوجيه للتعامل مع سلوك الأطفال، فمن خلال اللعب نستكشف النبوغ والتفوق منذ وقت مبكر، حيث أن التعلم باللعب يمثل حاجة حيوية يعتمد عليها نمو الكثير من المهارات والقدرات العقلية واللغوية والاجتماعية للأطفال. بلغت عينة البحث الحالي (١٠٠ معلمة روضة) في مدينة بغداد / جانب الرصافة، حيث تم بناء أداة قياس من (٢٢ فقرة). أما أبرز النتائج التي توصل لها البحث الحالي هي: - 1-أن للعب دور كبير في التقليل من سلوكيات الأطفال السلبية. 2-توفير الجو المناسب للعب وتوجيه المعلمات أثناء اللعب يؤدي إلى نمو المهارات العقلية والنفسية بشكلها الصحيح. أبرز التوصيات هي: - - توفير أنواع متعددة من ألعاب الحاسوب وإدخالها في منهج رياض الأطفال. - جعل التعليم في مدارس رياض الأطفال الزامي.  |b Aims to identify the importance of learning to manipulate the kindergarten children and their reflections on behavior modification, as the game is full of minimum child wives and reconnaissance and exploration, and the toys for children represents them life with all its meaning. And play is the language of children's symbolic of self-expression, it is his dealings with the toys could understand him much, child reveals himself during the game more than it reflects the kind he reveals his feelings to himself and important people in his life and the events that it went so can say that the game is the talk of children and toys are his words. (Kamlia, 1980 :p. 6) At the same time, the game is a means of control and guidance for dealing with the behavior of children, through play and explore excel superiority early, since learning is playing a vital need reliable growth lot of skills and mental capacity, linguistic and social development of children. The most prominent results of the current research are to:- 1. That played a big role in reducing the negative behaviors of children. 2. Provide the right atmosphere for playing and directing teachers during the game lead to the development of mental skills and psychological form correctly. Most recommendations are:- -provide multiple types of computer games and incorporated in the curriculum of kindergarten children. Make education in nursery schools mandatory
