الانشطة التربوية في دور الحضانات الحكومية وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات

المستخلص: أن مهارة إدارة الأنشطة التربوية تنمو تدريجيا مع الخبرة، ولكنها مهارة شخصية تختلف من مربية إلى أخري، لأن لكل مربية أسلوبا شخصيا وطريقة في العمل. فهناك المربية النشطة ذات الحركة والحيوية التي تبدو عليها السعادة واضحة أثناء تنفيذ النشاط، وأخري تدير الأنشطة التربوية بهدوء وكفاءة ودون انفعال واضح (الناشف، 2001: ص274). ومرحلة الطفولة تعد من اهم المراحل التي ترتكز عليه الحياة المستقبلية برمتها لأن الإنسان كما تؤكده مدرسة التحليل النفسي هو ابن طفولته وخير مثال لنا ما قاله الرسول الكريم محمد (صلي الله عليه وسلم): (كل مولود يولد علي الفطرة فأبواه يهودانه أو ينصرانه أو يمجسانه) حيث يتبين من قوله (صلي الله علية وسلم) أن الخير في الأنسان أصيل والشر عارض. لذا فانه اذا احسن تربية الطفل وتوجيهه الوجهة الصحيحة، سيكون بنائه قوي في المستقبل. وبما أن دار الحضانة تكمل البيت لذا يجب ان توجه الأنشطة التربوية بما يخدم الطفل ويقوده إلى الصلاح (موسي، 1993، ص22). ومن أهداف البحث هو قياس الأنشطة التربوية في دور الحضانات الحكومية (عينة البحث) وقياس الصعوبات والمعوقات في تنفيذ الأنشطة التربوية وفق (عدد سنوات الخدمة، المؤهل العلمي، العمر والدورات التدريبية). حدود البحث الحالي جميع دور الحضانات الحكومية في مدينة بغداد، بلغت عينة البحث (18 مديرة و36 معاونة و46 مربية، وأصبحت العينة (100) للعام الدراسي 2010/2011. استخدام البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم اعداد استبانة لقياس الأنشطة التربوية، حيث بلغت فقرات الاستبانة النهائية (40 فقرة) ضمت خمسة مجالات (الأنشطة الحسية الحركية، اللغوية، الدينية، والخلقية، الصحية والاجتماعية) أخذت الفقرات ثلاث بدائل (موافقة بدرجة عالية، موافقه بدرجة متوسطة، غير موافقة). باوزان (1،2،3) علي التوالي اعلي درجة بالاستبيان (40-120) ومتوسط فرضي (80 درجة). أجريت للاستبانة الصدق والثبات. حددت الباحثة بطاقة لملاحظة طرق تنفيذ الأنشطة مكونة من (19 فقرة). استخدمت الباحثة عدد من الوسائل الإحصائية لتفسير النتائج. تشير جميع النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغيرات البحث. والسبب يعود إلى أن دور الحضانات الحكومية قليلة جدا، وبناياتها واسعة ومعدة بشكل جيد ومجهزة بكل وسائل الراحة من أدوات وألعاب لتنفيذ كافة الأنشطة التربوية فيها. واهم المقترحات هي أجراء المزيد من البحوث حول الأنشطة التربوية لتشمل كل المحافظات. أما اهم التوصيات هي زيادة أعداد دور الحضانات الحكومية، لتشمل كل مناطق بغداد وزيادة عدد المربيات في كل حضانة، من اجل الاهتمام بالأطفال.

A goal of research is to measure the educational activities in the role of government nurseries (research sample) and measuring the difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of educational activities, according to (the number of years of service, qualifications, age and training courses). The limits of the current search all kindergartens governmental organizations in the city of Baghdad, was the research sample (18, director and 36 assist and 46 educator, became the sample (100) for the academic year 2010 / 2011. Use the Search descriptive analytical method was prepared questionnaire to measure the educational activities, reaching paragraphs-resolution final ( 40 paragraph) included five areas (activities, kinesthetic, linguistic, religious, moral, Asahahn and social) took paragraphs three alternatives (high agreement, approval of a moderately, but the approval.) weights (3.2, 1) respectively, the highest degree of the questionnaire ( 40-120) and the average Varzi (80 degrees). were performed for the identification of validity and reliability. identified the researcher card to observe the ways of implementing the activities consisting of (19 paragraph). researcher used a number of statistical methods to interpret the results. Chirba results to the lack of statistically significant differences due to the variables research. The reason is that the role of incubators government very little, and their buildings and wide and prepared well and equipped with all the comforts of tools and games for the implementation of all educational activities there. The most important proposals is to further research on educational activities to include all the provinces. The most important recommendations is to increase the numbers the role of government nurseries, to include all areas of Baghdad and increase the number of jams in each Jdhana, in order to interest children.
