الصعوبات التي تواجه البحث العلمي في جامعة بغداد من وجهة التدريسيين

المستخلص: تكمن مشكلة البحث للحاجة الوقوف على المبررات الضرورية والاسباب والصعوبات التي تواجه مسألة البحث العلمي في جامعة بغداد، كما ان اهمية البحث تاتي كون البحث العلمي من الوسائل المهمة في تطوير كفاءة اداء اعضاء الهيئة التدريسية كونها تساهم في قيام التدريسيين في مواكبة التطورات الحديثة التي تطرأ في سوق العمل والامر الذي ينعكس على جودة العملية التربوية والانتاجية العلمية في جامعاتهم. وأن هدف البحث تلخص في التعرف على الصعوبات التي تواجه البحث العلمي في جامعة بغداد من وجهة نظر التدريسيين، و كذلك التعرف على الفروق في نظرتهم بواقع الصعوبات التي تواجه البحث العلمي وفقا للتخصصات التي يعملون بها، حيث تحدد البحث بالتدريسيين الذين كان عددهم (٢٢٥) تدريسي وتدريسية للعام الدراسي (٢٠١٠-٢٠١١). قامت الباحثة بتحديد مجموعة من المصطلحات الخاصة بالبحث وعرضا للمواضيع والأدبيات في الجانب النظري التي لها علاقة بالموضوع، وتطرقت الباحثة إلى مجموعة من الدراسات العربية. وقد أتبعت الباحثة مجموعة من الإجراءات من حيث وصف مجتمع البحث المكون من التدريسيين في كليات جامعة بغداد، حيث تم الحصول على عينة مؤلفة من (٢٢٥) فردا وهو ما نسبته (3.87%) إلى مجتمع البحث، وقامت الباحثة ببناء أداة خاصة بالبحث من خلال الإطلاع على الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة فضلا عن السؤال المفتوح، حيث تم أجراء الصدق والثبات على الأداة. وتوصلت الباحثة من خلال نتائج البحث إلى ان هناك صعوبات ومعوقات تؤثر بشكل كبير على حركة البحث العلمي لدى التدريسيين، وان افراد العينة في الكليات الانسانية والعلمية ينظرون نظرة واحدة ومتساوية الى الصعوبات التي تواجه البحث العلمي في جامعة بغداد.

The problem of the study lies in the need for standing on the justifications, reasons and difficulties that face the scientific research matter at Baghdad university. The importance of this study lies in the fact of being scientific research one of the most important methods in developing the teaching members performance efficiency which contributes in teachers contact with the modern developments that emerge in work. That matter which reflexe on the educational process and the scientific production in their universities. And the research goal is summarized in identifying the difficulties that is facing the scientific research at Baghdad university from the point of view of the lecturers, and also to identify the differences in their perspective for the redity of the difficulties that are facing the scientific research according to their specialties they master, where the research was limited to the lecturers who were (٢٢٥) for the academic year (٢٠١٠-٢٠١١). The researchers determined the related terms and reviewed number of topic in literatures that associated with the theoretical aspect of the theme. They tackled some of the Arab and Foreign studies. The researcher followed a group of procedures in terms of describing the research community heads of departments of scientific in Baghdad University's colleges. The sample consisted of (٢٢٥) persons- (٪٣٫٨٧) of the total community. The researcher constructed a special instrument after reviewing the pervious literature and studies as well as the open questioning. The reliability and constancy verifications were made. The researchers come up to the conclusion The researcher come up to the conclusion that there are difficulties and obstacles effect greatly on the teachers scientific research work and the members of sample in the humanitarian and scientific specializations have the same and equal view to the difficulties that face the scientific research at Baghdad University.
