المستخلص: على الرغم من إن الأبداع والمبدعين وخصائصهم وسماتهم تعد من المفاهيم المهمة والشائعة في الحياة بمجالاتها كافة، ففي الوقت الذي نجد فيه العديد من الدراسات والمقالات العربية والأجنبية التي تناولته بشكل أو باخر، لكنها ابتعدت عن تحديد السمات الشخصية للمبدعين بشكل إجرائي لدى طلبة الجامعة في البيئة العراقية وتحديدا في الوقت الحاضر والظروف الاستثنائية التي یعیشها العراقيون عامة وطلبة الجامعة بشكل خاص، لذلك استهدف البحث الحالي بناء مقياس السمات الشخصية للمبدعين من طلبة الجامعة. ورصدت الباحثة (١٢٨) سمة من السمات التي يشترك بها المبدعون وتميزهم وأكدتها اغلب الدراسات والبحوث التي تناولت هذا المفهوم، وبعد عرضها على الخبراء لبیان صلاحيتها تم الاتفاق على (٦٠) سمة منها فقط لوضوحها وتكرار وجودها في أغلب المصادر العلمية، ثم اعدت الباحثة صيغة أولية للفقرات بأسلوب العبارات التقریریة، ووضعت لها خمسة بدائل (دائما، غالبا، أحيانا، نادرا، لا توجد)، ثم اختیرت عینة عشوائیة لغرض تجربة تحليل الفقرات بلغت (300) طالبا وطالبة من بعض الأقسام العلمية والإنسانية في جامعة بغداد، واستخرجت لها القوة التميزية لدرجات أفراد عينة (27%) العليا و(27%) الدنيا باستعمال الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين، واستخرجت معاملات اتساق الفقرات من علاقة درجة الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية للمقياس باستعمال معاملات ارتباط بيرسون، واتضح إن جميع الفقرات تتمتع بقوة تمييز واتساق داخلي دال، ماعدا الفقرتين (6، 58) لذلك استبعدت من المقياس، وبقيت (58) فقرة فقط مثلت الصيغة النهائية للمقياس. ثم اعطت الباحثة مؤشرات لصدق المقياس الذي تحقق من بیان صلاحية الفقرات بالتحليل المنطقي من قبل الخبراء، ومن حساب القوة التمییزیة للفقرات، ومن حساب الاتساق الداخلي من علاقة درجة الفقرات بالدرجة الكلیة للمقياس. اما ثبات المقياس فقد حسب بطریقتین، طريقة الفا كرونباخ لاستخراج الثبات القائم على الاتساق الداخلي، وطريقة التجزئة النصفیة لحساب معامل الارتباط بین درجات الفقرات الفردية ودرجات الفقرات الزوجية، والتصحیح بمعادلة سبیرمان براون. وفي الختام أوصت الباحثة توصيات عدة واقترحت دراسات أخرى تخدم العاملين والباحثین في المجال. \

Construction a Scale of Creation Personal Characteristics for the University Students. Although the concepts of creative and creation and their mental and personal characteristics are regarded as of the concepts that are common in life in all aspects. While we find many studies, Arab and foreign, that treat this in one way or another, but they did not treat the personal features of the creative people in a procedural manner the Iraqi environment, specifically in the modern age and the unusual things that Iraqis in general, and university students in particular lived. Therefore, the researcher aimed at building a test for the measurement of personal features for the university students. The researcher detected 128 features that the creative share. The studies and researches affirmed that concept. Upon showing them to the experts, they agreed on 60 items for their clarity and the frequency in most of the academic resources. Then, she devised a primary formula for the items by the method of affirmative expressions, and put five alternatives (always, often, sometimes, rarely, none). A random sample was chosen for the test for the item analysis experience of 300 male and female students from scientific and human departments in Baghdad University. The discriminately power of the scores of sample (%27) upper and (%27) lower by the use of the T-test for two independent samples. The item consistency coefficient from the relation of the score of the item to the total score of the scale by the use of Pearson Correlative Coefficient. It turned out that the items enjoy high consistency and indicative, except for two items (6, 58). Therefore, they were ruled off the scale. Only 85 were left. Then, the researcher gave indications of validity of scale which verify the validity of the items by analyzing it logically by the experts and the calculations of the discrimination force of the items, and the calculation of the internal consistency in relation to the scores of the items to the total scores of the scale. The constancy of the scale was calculated by the use the two methods ; Alpha- Kraunbagh to derive the constancy based on the internal consistency and the method of half division between the scores of the odd and pair score of the items, and the correction with Spearman - Braun Equation. Finally, the research recommended some recommendations and suggested other studies serving the workers and researchers in the field. \
