جاءت هذه الدراسة لمحولة تسليط الضوء على دور المملكة العربية السعودية من المتغيرات الجديدة التي حدثت على الساحة في العراق بعد الاحتلال الأمريكي له عالج البحث موقف المملكة العربية السعودية من الغزو الأمريكي على العراق والذي تمثل بموقفين الأول الرسمي ((السري والعلني)) والثاني الشعبي ((علماء الدين والصحافة)). ثم تطرق البحث إلي موقف المملكة من تشكيل مجلس الحكم والحكومة الانتقالية، وعودة العلاقات الرسمية العراقية – السعودية، وموقفها من المستجدات الجديدة وتحديدا موقفها من: الأرهاب، الفيدرالية، أنضمام العراق إلي مجلس التعاون الخليجي. وأخيراً عالج البحث تأثير الاحتلال الأمريكي على الاقتصاد السعودية وخصوصا النفط ومشاريع الأعمار.
This research can prove the following observations: 1.
