المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى توجيه أنظار الباحثين إلى العقبات التي واجهت تربية المرأة وترسباتها في العقل المسلم اليوم، وإبراز المأزق التعليمية المرتبطة بها، لوضع حد لتحدياتها المعاصرة وتقديم المقاربات الكفيلة بالنهوض بتعليم المرأة. وتشجيع الدراسات النقدية وتياراتها التربوية في إطار التقدير الكامل لمحاسن التراث، وضرورة التجديد. وتنمية الوعي العام بأهمية العقل الناقد وعدم التسليم بكل ما هو قديم. تقديم مقترحات علمية لصناع القرار السياسي في الحقل التربوي من أجل ترسيخ أسس المساواة بين الجنسين في المناهج الدراسية وصولا إلى تكثيف الجهود الرامية لتحقيق العدالة. تستخدم الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للرؤى والاتجاهات في فهم الإشكاليات مع تفعيل الآليات النقدية من اجل تعرف خصائص الظواهر أو جذور المشكلات وتقديم الحلول على أرض الواقع. وخلصت الدراسة نتائج من أهمها: لم تسلم كتب التفسير. وشروح الحديث النبوي، والأدب والتاريخ والفلسفة من عبارات قاسية تهمش الانثي وتعيق تقدم تعليم وتربية المرأة. لعبت الأمثال الشعبية، وطائفة من أراء الفقهاء والمفسرين، والعادات والتقاليد، دورا مؤثرا في وجود عوائق جمة إمام تربية الانثي. انقسم الفكر الإسلامي إزاء تعليم المرأة إلى ثلاثة أقسا م، قسم يمنع تعليم المرأة، وقسم يقبل تعليمها بحدود، وقسم يعتبرها شقيقة الرجل لها مثل الذي عليه حسب رغبتها وحاجة المجتمع. \

This study aimed to draw the attention of researchers to the obstacles faced by the education of women and deposition in the Muslim mind today, and to highlight the educational dilemmas associated with them; to put an end to the contemporary challenges and approaches to ensure the advancement of women's education. And encourage critical studies in educational and currents under full appreciation of the virtues of heritage, and the need for renewal. And the development of public awareness of the importance of critical reason and non - delivery of all that is old. Make practical proposals for policy makers in the educational field in order to consolidate the foundations of gender equality in the curriculum leading to intensify efforts to achieve justice. The study uses descriptive analytical approach to the insights and trends to understand the problems with the activation mechanisms of cash for the properties of known phenomena or the roots of problems and solutions on the ground. The study concluded the results of the most important: I have not received written explanation, and explanations of the Hadith, literature, history and philosophy of the harsh words are being marginalized female impede the progress of education and upbringing of women. Played proverbs, and a range of views of jurists and commentators, customs and traditions, was instrumental in the presence of considerable barriers to female education. Split of Islamic thought about the education of women into three sections; section prevents the education of women, and the Department accepts the limits of education, the Department considers it like the sister of the man who one according to their desire and need of society. \
