استجابة طلبة الإعلام إلى مناهج العلاقات العامة : دراسة ميدانية إحصائية لتذبذب كفاية استيعاب طلبة الإعلام لمادة نظم الاتصال بالعلاقات العامة في الامتحانات الفصلية و النهائية

المستخلص: تتناول هذه الدراسة مدى استجابة طلبة الإعلام إلى مناهج العلاقات العامة فيما يخص نظم الاتصال وتنقسم هذه الدراسة إلى أربعة فصول بضمنها الفصل الرابع الذي تناول مسألة الاستنتاجات والتوصيات. لقد ركز الفصل الأول على الإطار المنهجي من حيث أهمية الدراسة وهدفها بما فيها فرصة الدراسة وأداتها. إما الفصل الثاني فقد تناول الدراسات السابقة في هذا المجال اعتماداً على مجموعة من الدراسات الميدانية في هذا الشأن إما الفصل الثالث فقد تناول تحليل استجابة عينة من الطلبة دخولا في الإحصاء الوصفي الذي اعتمد على المحور الديمغرافي ومحور الدراسة ودراسة تأثير العوامل المختلفة في مستوى أداء الطلبة بالامتحانات من حيث المتغيرات المتعلقة بمادة نظم الاتصال والمتغيرات المتعلقة بأوضاع الطلبة داخل وخارج الجامعة. لقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن معدل الدخل الشهري هو العامل المؤثر وبشكل كبير في مجمل المحور الديموغرافي من حيث الجنس والعمر والحالة الاجتماعية ومعدل الإنفاق الشهري أي أن ذلك يؤثر على أداء الطالب بالامتحانات. إذ أن انشغال الطالب بأوضاع الحياة المختلفة كالعمل أول الأسباب التي تجعل مادة نظم الاتصال صعبة الفهم وكذلك فان دخول الطالب إلى الجامعة يثير لديه لأول مرة إمكانية تكوين العلاقات مع الجنس الآخر. وخلصت الدراسة لكي نحل الإشكالية في هذا المجال إلى ضرورة اهتمام المؤسسة الحكومية المعنية بالتعليم العالي بتوفير مدا خيل شهرية تعين الطالب وتساعده في عدم اللجوء إلى العمل من أجل العيش على حساب الدراسة. وكذلك فإن من الأمور التي تساعد على حل هذه العقبات هو إقامة الندوات والمؤتمرات والحلقات النقاشية التي تعني بدراسة المستوى العلمي للطلبة وسبل النهوض به في المستقبل وضرورة قيام أساتذة العلاقات العامة باستخدام تقنيات الاتصال الحديثة ودمجها في تعليم العلاقات العامة والاعتماد على برامج التدريب العملي والتطبيقي لتحقيق مستوى أعلى من المهارات في استخدام تلك التقنيات. الأمر الذي يحفز الطالب على التعلق بالتدريس الحديث. \

This study deals with the response of the students media platforms for public relations with regard to communication systems and this study is divided into four chapters, including Chapter IV, which dealt with the issue of conclusions and recommendations. The first chapter focused on the methodological framework in terms of the importance of the study and its goal, including opportunity of study and its tool. The second chapter has dealt with previous studies in this area based on a set of field studies in this regard either third chapter has dealt with the analysis of a sample of the response of students entering into descriptive statistics, which was adopted on the axis and axis demographic study and study the impact of various factors on the level of student performance examinations in terms of variables related to communication systems and variables related to the situation of students inside and outside the university. The study found that the average monthly income is influencing factor significantly in the overall demographic axis in terms of naturalization New Age, marital status, average monthly spending any that it affects student performance examinations. As the busy student different life situations such as work first reasons why substance communication systems are hard to understand, as well as the entry to the university student raises has for the first time the possibility of formation of relations with the opposite sex. And the study concluded in order to solve the problem in this area need to the attention of the government institution concerned with higher education by providing a monthly horse appoint tide student and help him not to resort to work in order to live at the expense of the study. And also the things that help to solve these obstacles is holding seminars, conferences and seminars, which means studying the scientific level of the students and how to improve it in the future and the need for teachers of public relations by using modern communication technologies and integrate them into education public relations and dependence on practical training programs and applied to achieve a higher level of skills in the use of those techniques.
