هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع المسؤولية المجتمعية لدى طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة، وتحديد أثر كل من متغيرات البرنامج الأكاديمي، مكان السكن، الجنس، السنة الدراسية على درجة المسؤولية المجتمعية لدى طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة، ومن ثم طرح تصور مقترح لبرنامج يرتكز إلى خدمة الجماعة لتنميتها، وقد اختار الباحثان عينة طبقية عشوائية بلغ قوامها (500) طالب وطالبة في الفروع التعليمية في شمال الضفة الغربية، ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة أعد الباحثان أداة تمثلت في استبانة تقيس المسؤولية المجتمعية لدى طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة تكونت من جزأين: الأول تضمن بيانات أولية عن المبحوثين، والثاني تضمن الفقرات التي تقيس مستوى المسؤولية المجتمعية لدى طلبة جامعة المفتوحة حيث بلغ عدد هذه الفقرات (58) فقرة وزعت على أربعة مجالات رئيسة هي: المسؤولية الذاتية (الشخصية)، المسؤولية الدينية والأخلاقية، المسؤولية الجماعية، المسؤولية الوطنية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: - بلغت متوسط الدرجة الكلية للمسؤولية المجتمعية لدى طلبة جامعة المفتوحة في جميع مجالات الدراسة (72.8%)، أي بدرجة كبيرة، وقد كانت أعلى درجة للمسؤولية المجتمعية على مجال المسؤولية الجماعية تلاها المسؤولية الوطنية ثم المسؤولية الدينية والأخلاقية ثم المسؤولية الذاتية (الشخصية). 1- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مستوى الدلالة (0.05≤a) في درجة المسؤولية المجتمعية لدى طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة تبعاً لمتغير الجنس. 2- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى المسؤولية المجتمعية لدى طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة تبعاً لمتغير مكان السكن بين قرية ومخيم لصالح الفئة الأولى وبين مدينة ومخيم لصالح الفئة الأولى. 3- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مستوى الدلالة (0.05≤ α) في درجة المسؤولية المجتمعية لدى طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة تبعاً لمتغير السنة الدراسية. 4- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة مستوى المسؤولية المجتمعية لدى طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة تبعاً لمتغير البرنامج بين (التنمية الاجتماعية) و(العلوم الإدارية والاقتصادية) لصالح الفئة الأولى وبين (العلوم الإدارية والاقتصادية) والتربية لصالح الفئة الثانية وبين التربية و(التنمية الاجتماعية والأسرية) لصالح الفئة الثانية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات المتعلقة بالمسؤولية المجتمعية لدى طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة من أبرزها ما يأتي: 1- الاهتمام بتدريس مساقات تزيد درجة تحمل المسؤولية في الجامعات مثل مساقات التربية الوطنية والعلوم الإنسانية بشكل عام، ومساقات خاصة بالمسؤولية المجتمعية. 2- الاهتمام بتنمية المهارات الاجتماعية التي ترتبط بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية للطلبة الجامعيين خاصة بأسلوب تنموي، وقائي، وعلاجي. 3- إجراء دراسات لمعرفة العلاقة بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية عند الأستاذ الجامعي وعطائه داخل الجامعة والمسؤولية الاجتماعية عند طلابه. \
This study aimed to know the real situation of the social degree responsibility for Al- Quds Open university students and to specify the impact of all the following: the academic program variables, the place of residence, the gender and the scholastic year on the degree of the social responsibility for Al- Quds Open University students. The study also tried to put forward the proposed notion for a program based on serving the group to develop its members. The two researchers chose a random class sample consisting of 500 students from both genders in the educational areas in northern West Bank. The researchers prepared an instrument represented in a questionnaire to measure the social responsibility for Al- Quds Open University students. The questionnaire consisted of two parts. The first one included primary required data and the second included sections which measure the social responsibility for Al- Quds Open University. The number of the items in these sections amounts to 58 distributed on four main domains. These are: the personal, religious, ethic, social, group and national responsibilities. The study arrived at the following results: The study suggests a group of recommendations related to the social social responsibility for the students of Al- Quds Open University and here are the most important ones: 1. Providing teaching courses that increase the degree of holding the responsibility at the universities such as the national education and human sciences courses in addition to courses specifying in the social responsibility. 2. Teaching the development social skills which are connected with the social responsibility for the higher education students especially in developing, precaution and remedial method. 3. Conducting studies to know the relationship between the social responsibility for the university lecturer and his giving inside the university and the social responsibility for his students. 4. There are no differences of statistical significance on the variable of the gender. 5. There are differences of statistical significance on the variable of the place of residence between the village and the camp in the favor of the first group and between the city and the camp and it was for the favor of the first group. 6. There are no differences of statistical significance for the variable of the scholastic year. 7. There are differences of statistical significance on the variable of the program between the social development and the economic and administrative sciences which was in favor of the first group and between the economic and administrative sciences and education and it was in favor of the second group and between education and the social and family development and it was in favor of the second group. \
