هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة استخدام الحاسوب في الإدارة المدرسية لدي مديري المدارس في محافظة المفرق من وجهة نظرهم وأثر كل من: النوع الاجتماعي, والمؤهل العلمي, وسنوات الخدمة, ومستوى المدرسة على درجة استخدام الحاسوب في الإدارة المدرسية, وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (107) مديرا ومديرة, وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة استخدام الحاسوب في الإدارة المدرسية بشكل كلي ومجالي (الإداري, والطالب) جاءت بدرجة ممارسة متوسطة, وجاء مجال المعلم بدرجة استخدام منخفضة, ودلت نتائج الدراسة على وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة استخدام الحاسوب في الإدارة المدرسية من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة تعزى للنوع الاجتماعي وذلك على مجالي الإدارة والطالب وعلى الأداة بشكل كلي ولصالح الإناث, كما دلت نتائج الدراسة على وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة استخدام الحاسوب في الإدارة المدرسية من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير مستوى المدرسة وذلك على مجال الطالب ولصالح المرحلة الثانوية, كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة استخدام الحاسوب في الإدارة المدرسية من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير: المؤهل العلمي, وسنوات الخدمة, وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة يوصى الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: تفعيل استخدام الحاسوب في البيئة التعليمية عمليا لينعكس ذلك على مستوى الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين في المدرسة لتحقيق أهدافها المنشودة.
This study aimed to identify the degree of computer use by schools' principals in the schools of Mafraq Governorate from their points of view; and it also aimed to investigate the impact of: gender, qualification, years of service, and the level of the school on computer use by schools' principals. The sample of the study consisted of (107), headmasters and headmistresses. The results revealed that the degree of computer use in school management as holistic came much at a medium level in its two fields (The administrator and the student). The results also indicated that there were significant differences in the degree of use of computers in school administration from the perspective of the sample due to gender and to administration, the student and the tool itself is fully in favor of headmistresses. The findings also indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of use of computers in school administration from the viewpoint of the respondents attributed to the school level and on the field of student and for the secondary stage. The results also showed the absence of statistically significant differences in the degree from the viewpoint of the respondents attributed to the variables of academic qualification and years of service. In light of these results, the researcher recommends a set of recommendations including: promoting the use of computers in the learning environment in practice to have effects on the level of job performance for school employees to achieve the targeted objectives.
