هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على المهارات الفنية لدى الطلبة الموهوبين في الفنون التشكيلية من خلال الأدب النظري والدراسات السابقة، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المهارات الفنية الأساسية العامة لدى الموهوبين في جميع مجالات الفنون التشكيلية، تشمل على ثلاث جوانب أساسية هي: - المهارات التشكيلية: تتمثل بالجانب المادي للمهارات الفنية لدى الموهوب في الفنون التشكيلية، وتكسب العمل الفني قيمته الجمالية والتعبيرية من خلال أربعة مهارات رئيسة؛ تتمثل بأصالة الفكرة وارتباطها بجوهر الموضوع، وتميز العمل الفني، والتعامل الإبداعي مع المدركات الحسية البصرية، وتحقيق وفرة في القيم الفنية. - المهارات التعبيرية: وتشتمل على الجانب الوجداني في المهارات الفنية المتصل بأحاسيس الطالب وانفعالاته، ومنه يمكن التعرف على مستوى قدرة الطالب الموهوب فنياً على التعبير الإبداعي من خلال ستة مهارات رئيسة، تتمثل بالتعبير بتعددية رمزية، ووضوح التعبير، والتعبير بدقة، والتعبير بصدق، والتفرد والتميز بالتعبير، وتحقيق الغاية من التعبير. - المهارات التقنية: وتتضمن الجانب الأدائي في المهارات الفنية، والتي يعبر عنها الطالب بشكل أفعال سلوكية مهارية قابلة للملاحظة، من خلال أربعة مهارات رئيسة، تتمثل بالتمكن من الأدوات والخامات والتقنيات، والمواءمة بين الفكرة والخامة، والاستحداث والتطوير، والتجريب أوصت الدراسة بضرورة التعرف على الطلبة الذين يمتلكون مهارات الموهبة الفنية، واستثمار ما لديهم من طاقات ومهارات تقنية عند ممارسة الفن، والاهتمام بها وتنميتها من خلال إتاحة الفرص للتجريب والممارسة المستمرين لممارسة الخبرات، كما أوصت الدراسة بأهمية تصميم مناهج فنون تشكيلية مناسبة كما وكيفا تتناسب والقدرات والمهارات الفنية التشكيلية للطلاب الموهوبين. \
Using the descriptive research methodology, the present study aimed at identifying the artistic skills of gifted students in the fine arts through theoretical literature and previous studies. The study found that the basic artistic skills of the gifted students in all areas of the fine arts include three key aspects: - Fine skills: These skills represent the physical aspect of the artistic skills of the gifted student in the fine arts. It gives the art work its aesthetic and expressive values through four main skills: authenticity of the idea and its relation to the essence of the subject, distinction of the art work, creative work with visual perceptions, and abundance of the artistic values. - Expressive skills: They include the affective aspect in the artistic skills related to the student’s feelings and emotions. It is possible to identify the ability level of the artistically gifted student in creative expression through six main skills: the expression of the symbolic pluralism, clarity of expression, accuracy of expression, validity of expression, individualism and distinction on expression, achieving the target in expression. - Technical skills: They include the performance aspect of the artistic skills. It can be demonstrated by four main behavioral observable skills: mastery of tools, materials, and techniques; the alignment between the idea and the raw material; development and improvement; and experimentation. The study recommended the need to identify students who have artistic gifted skills, utilize their technical skills and energies when practicing the art, and develop them by providing opportunities for continuous experimentation and practice. The study also recommended the importance of designing fine arts curricular in ways appropriate quantitatively and qualitatively with the artistic abilities and skills of the gifted students. \
